“The house is well situated in Potrero and I’ve already recommended to family and friends. The neighborhood is walkable and close to the “main street” in town which is small, with great restaurants. We often walked from the house to eat, shop local artists. There are great breweries and one has a self serve thrift store, 2nd floor, using Venmo for purchases. “We spent three weeks here this year, after spending about 10 days last year. We were so glad we went back as this is truly one of our favourite spots in the world, just a short walk to beautiful and quiet beaches, and surrounded by trees and wildlife including howler monkeys. We love being a little off the beaten track but still within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, and a short drive from bigger towns like Flamingo and Tamarindo. Melissa and Richard are perfect hosts.”

“Two couples stayed a week and the house and location are good. Some road noise from the main road behind the house but you get used to it. House layout was good with 4 bedrooms with great beds and pillows. Acces to the beach was less than a 5 min walk and about 15 to where the restaurants are. The response to inquiries from the property management company was very good. Shortfalls: - the pool was never cleaned before or during our stay. We cleaned it when we got there and removed the beer caps...
