Perfect Location for Ski and Town
Agree that this condo is Telluride paradise. We stayed for a week with our two college-age boys. Plenty of room in the living spaces for after-mountain hangouts. Comfortable beds and sofas, and a well appointed kitchen. Best part of the space is the short walks to both Lift 7 and downtown Telluride. A fairly large grocery market is easily accessible through the building hallways, with only a few steps outside. The only thing we would suggest or change is the lighting situation. There is one very bright ceiling canned light in every room and only a couple dim lamps. You feel like you are under a spotlight and it’s not relaxing. Easy fix with some lamps and other ambient lighting. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

Excellent condo
Everything was great. Clean unit with a great kitchen. Lots of light. Views. Comfy beds. Easy to contact owners. Nice walk along the river to the gondola and town. Close to lift 7. Supermarket basically next door. Hot tubs were very close. High-end washer and dryer. Parking was easy and abundant and right in front of the unit.

The place was clean, roomy, quiet, and provided easy access to Clarks grocery store as well as events throughout the town for the Horror Show weekend. Great communication as well. Highly recommended!

Great Location
We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time! The condo is easy to access, has great views of the mountain, and is in a convenient location close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. No car needed once you get here, and just a half block from the walking trail along the river.

Clean, well equipped condo
We enjoyed our stay at Bobby and Julie's condo during the Telluride Film Festival. The unit was super clean and well equipped - everything you might need in the kitchen, the living room was comfortable, toiletries were available etc. The location is great - you can walk to everything, including near by restaurants and grocery store. Bedrooms were quiet and dark and the beds were comfy. I misread the listing and thought there were 2 full baths, but it's actually one full bathroom and then a bathroom with shower and sink and no toilet. This wasn't a problem for us, but good to know depending on how many people are coming. and what your plans are. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and really good water pressure. Overall I would recommend this condo and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Stayed two nights to explore Telluride and enjoyed the walking distance to town, shops, restaurants and gondola ride to the village. All the ref’s from the owners were terrific.

Great condo in an awesome location
Great place that is close to everything in Telluride. We stayed here in the summer but this is super close to a lift and wouldn’t be more than a 3 min walk to skiing in winter. Would gladly stay here again. Thanks!

Great time in Telluride!
Everything was grea! The condo was as advertised and the owners were kind and helpful. Great location too…and a 10 minute walk from the main part of town, which we liked. And there was a real nice walk by a creek into downtown.

Great location, nice for a family
Had a great time staying here! Love the location and the patio entry. Condo is minutes from the creek and near so many restaurants. The house was comfortable and the kids room was very nice with bunk beds, big bed, and blackout curtains. The main bathroom with shower/toilet/sink was updated and very nice. The second bathroom with shower and sink-only were a little outdated and my kids didn’t want to shower in it because it wasn’t as nice/clean looking, so we essentially only used the one bathroom during our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and we made many meals there. The dining table was big, but only had 4 dining chairs around it, so we had to borrow bar stools and bring them over when our whole family wanted to eat together. Overall, it was a great stay and exactly what our family needed for our trip. Would recommend!

Beautiful Modern Condo
This property is nicely done and appointed with anything you may need. The location is walking distance to the market (super close) as well as to town and the gondola. There is also a Galloping Goose stop nearby if you don't feel like walking. The walking path along the river is an added bonus. Telluride is a gorgeous location and the condo has excellent views of the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The place is in a great location close to the market and river. You don’t need a car if you stay here. Exterior was painted while we were there so it looks nice! Everything was just as described and perfect for our family. We had a great time!

Perfect location for a gal's weekend away!
We had so much fun at Telluride Paradise! It's in a great location and is clearly very well taken care of. When we ran into issues with the coffee makers the owners were super responsive and kind. The hot tub/spa area is great, there were plenty of beach and bath towels for us to use, and the beds were cozy. Thank you!
