Cozy condo near everything!
Jen’s property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a girls weekend in telluride. The condo is part of a cute mountainside inn which has new hot tubs and sits along the river and at the base of the mountain. The place is situated perfectly so that everything in town is walkable… riverside trail, gondola, restaurants, market, etc. My favorite part of the condo itself is the glorious king sized bed, it was sooooo comfortable!

Late summer getaway
Jennifer was a wonderful hostess, attuned to our needs and very gracious. What a wonderful, cozy place with such close access to the town of Telluride, river trail, and gondola...couldn't have asked for better!

Great location!
Loved the place! Great location, a short walk to everything. Traffic outside the unit is a bit annoying as it's on the main floor adjacent to two parking lots BUT the unit itself was perfect and we would consider staying there again. Great communication with the owner, everything went as planned!

Comfortable, convenient, affirdable
Lovely 5-nite stay in this cute condo in Telluride. Walking distance to everything. Unit met all of our needs comfortably. Owner lives nearby and was very helpful, always responding quickly. Condo is an updated first floor corner unit in an older building. View is to parking lot, but there is a charming sitting area by the river with two new hot tubs at the other end of the building. We had no security issues but recommended that owner add a small safe for peace of mind as it is necessary to keep screened windows open in warm summer weather. We will definitely book again and recommend to friends. Excellent value; it’s a find in pricey Telluride!

Great location
We had a nice stay with plenty of space for two of us and all our gear. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and dishes, the bed was comfortable, and plenty of room in the closet and bathroom along with plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The sun can warm up the space but opening a window and turning on the fan cool things down nicely also using the blackoutshades. The location was great, from the parking lot a few steps away to the path, hiking trails, and a few walkable blocks to the grocery, shops, gondola, and restaurants. Once we parked we didn't need to drive anywhere else. Check-in was a little delayed as we received a keycode that didn't work, which had never happened before, Jennifer was quick to assist and we could enter without issue. And beyond the condo are the most memorable views and scenery!

Wonderful place and great location!
Everything was so great! The place was incredibly clean and so nice. It was in a great location and easy to walk to everything. We had everything we needed to have a great visit. Our host was easy to contact. I forgot to let her know about a down allergy I had the night before check in and she had everything removed before we checked in the next day. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Telluride!

We had the best weekend getaway at Jen’s condo. Steps away from lift 7! Best location and like all the other reviews said about the comfortable bed! It was delightful! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Accommodation + Perfect Location
This place was very nice. Perfect for wife and myself. Great location! Walking distance to town and restaurants. Lift #7 was a 2 min walk, and you can pretty much ski in to the place. Would definitely recommend, and will rent in the future.

Great condo, great location
Our stay here was wonderful. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for two people. It is conveniently located between the gondola and Lift 7 — just a few hundred yards from Lift 7, brief walk to the gondola. Also a close walk to Main Street and the grocery store. Our host was super responsive and the check-in/out process was a breeze.

Can’t fault the property. We arrived late, but the details sent were easy to follow. Property was well presented. Had everything we needed. Plenty of hot water. The fire was nice. Jennifer, the owner, was absolutely fantastic! Super communicative, helpful, timely with responses and genuinely seemed to care about our trip and stay. Would highly recommend. The unit was exactly as advertised. Super cute, well-appointed and provided everything my husband and I needed. The pros were the location, size, bed was so comfortable, fireplace, and owner communication. We hope to stay again!

Permit me, if you will, to paint a verbal landscape of a recent stay of marvel in the Rocky Mountains' splendid embrace. Nestled like an unassuming jewel in the bosom of the grand landscape of Telluride we discovered a condo, beautiful in aspect, equal in art, and exquisite in comfort. It is a freshly remodeled sanctuary, with an allure so palpably delightful that it engages the senses. The living quarters, adorned with a lustrous patina of dark hardwood floors, possess an almost hypnotic effect, deeply immersing the observer in their rich, soothing aura. The gas fireplace stands as an inviting sentinel in this domicile of serenity. As the evening chill descends, carried by the crisp mountain air, it cracks and hums alive - a warm vibrato against the night's melody. The dancing flames behind the glass pane cast an urbane, flickering glow, twinkling against the lustrous hardwood canvas – an enchanting ballet of light and shadow, warmth and comfort. Only a short saunter from this homely abode, and you find yourself captivated by the ceaseless charm of the local river. Cheekily winking through the colorful dress of the Golden Aspens, it guides our journey towards the town's steadfast gondola. The river walk, especially beneath the sacred spells of October, whispers narratives hitherto unheard by the ears, but deeply felt within the abode of the soul. The unit worked out well for us. The building it is in is older and like many buildings in ski towns it’s showing its age. While being billed as being on the river there is no view of the river just the parking lot. It was unseasonably hot while we were visiting and the unit has no A/C.
