Quiet get away
Very thankful the host had a basket of snacks waiting for us as our flight was late in arriving (10:30pm) and we were starving with no places open when we arrived at Tri City airport. House was well stocked with linens and heater to keep us comfortable when the weather dropped during our stay. Nice location for visiting the various cities around Telford. Pool area is closed September to May, but still worth a stay for a couple of days or weeks.

Clean, cute and well appointed. The owners are so friendly and thoughtful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Great location. Beautiful and quiet home with everything you could possibly need.

Clean & Cozy
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was super clean and the mattress was the most comfortable one we have ever slept on. The huge snack basket was a greatly appreciated treat! They have thought of all of the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfectly situated between Greeneville and Johnson City and enabled us to see everything we wanted to. The Owner's reside on the property with their 2 sons and dogs and were very friendly and fun to meet. We will definitely return for another stay here!

Property is beautiful, well kept and peaceful. Close to Johnson City while allowing a quite secluded space. Enjoyed the pool and hospitality of the owners.

Awesome guest house
Awesome stay and loved the history of the guest house. Kitchen was well stocked and soft fluffy towel provided. Enjoyed chatting with the owner and the pool was well maintained. Can't wait to stay again.

Loved this place!!!
The air bnb is so cute and cozy! We came with our 2 kids and had so much fun in the pool and hanging out. The property is gorgeous! We loved seeing the sunsets and hearing the cows. We will definitely be coming back! The hosts were very accommodating :)

We will be back!!!
We had an amazing time!! The place was awesome, the owners were very welcoming and friendly. When you stay here, you have a full kitchen, comfortable living room with very good internet service to stream all you favorite shows or movies. A very large bedroom and comfortable bed. The pool was also a plus, we traveled from PA and the first full day we just wanted to relax by the pool all and cook some burgers on the grill and we did. There is plenty to do with in an hours drive of the home. We went to Damascus and rented bicycles and rode the Virginia creeper trail, we went into Jonesborough one day and checked out all the lovely shops. We went to Elizabethton, TN one day and rented side by sides at a place called Off Grid Mountain Adventures, and saw drag races at Bristol Drag strip. This was the perfect vacation to relax and have fun. We were so sad to leave. We even had a cow visit us the last morning to send us on our way. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Emily and Kevin for a great vacation!!!

Charming guest house
We enjoyed our stay at this charming little guest house. The owners were very attentive and paid much attention to detail. It was very clean and conveniently located to where we wanted to be. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fun stay!
My granddaughter and I stayed here while she attended day camp at Bay’s Mountain We had a lot of fun swimming in the sparkling pool and the house was spotless Will definitely stay here again!

Girls Weekend Getaway
What a perfect spot for our annual girls weekend getaway! The unit was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It includes all the modern luxuries while maintaining the charm of a historic home. The outside property is also beautiful. It was too cold to swim, but we enjoyed sitting by the pool at night and chatting. I highly recommend this property for a girls’ trip or romantic couple’s getaway. Emily and Kevin were wonderful to work with. Very responsive to all inquiries! We look forward to staying again when it is warmer and we can enjoy the pool!
