It’s a good thing they invented GPS, or we would have never found White Oaks Cabins. It’s located off some back country roads in a very peaceful and serene area, far removed from the stereotypes of Indiana flatness. Our cabin was warm and cozy and we especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in front porch in the evening, listening to the sounds of nature. Despite its seeming isolation, it’s only a few miles from a nice restaurant (Lucas Oil Clubhouse) and a grocery (Jaycee’s) in the town of English. Heather, the property manager, was always quick to respond to my questions. You’ll enjoy your stay even if you don't have the same perfect weather that we did.
