“This company is completely untrustworthy. We had one night reserved here and two night at another of their properties. We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container.
