I got the room with 2 queen beds, there were 2 couples on the trip, however upon arrival we were charge, we had to pay for the other couple on the trip. stating that it was only 2 people booked, but the room could accommodate 4. “Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. Booking is confusing and not consistent with what was offered. Room ammenities lacking like television, non functional shower and no water heater. Bidet is not working. Wifi not so strong. “The room's are nice but the TV is very confusing to operate. Bathroom is also nice but they did not have soap when i was staying there and that was kind of annoying because when i want to wash my hands i needed to use the shampoo they gave me. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and the food they served were delicious and lots of choices. Lastly the staff and guards are very courteous and helpful. I would come back and stay at this gorgeous hotel again.”

“There is NO airport shuttle at this resort. You're on your own getting there from Dumaguete. Fortunately, it is only a two minute walk from the fast craft port to the hotel. Also, they do not accept credit cards at this hotel. Cash only. Important to know, as there are not many restaurants nearby, other than the one on the property. Enjoyed the stay and open air dining. Nice staff. There is even a scooter rental place nearby.”
