You’ll never find a better host
The apartment is basic but has everything needed. Our family was very comfortable. It’s easy to access. It’s in a quiet area. Our host was exceptionally attentive and communicative and answered all our questions. He was very easy to work with when there was a slight issue. Highly recommend this location.

Short stay convenience
The host was awesome at communicating and ensuring we didn’t need anything. The apartment is not luxury but very accommodating for what we needed and enough space for everyone to chill out. There is only one tv in the home which was a slight issue considering we had our children with us. But they were able to use tablets and had great WiFi in the apartment. Beds were comfortable and access to a kitchen to cook dinners was convenient as well. Would stay again for a short trip.

The 3 bedroom unit with a nice living room and dining area worked well for us, as we were in town visiting our daughter who lives and works nearby. As she lives in a small apartment with roommates, staying here gave us a relaxing place to visit, chat, and play board games together.

Good No-Frills Apartment
This apartment checks a lot boxes. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and a functional kitchen. Could use a little color and upgrades on bedding and kitchen ware. But overall it works well enough for a weekend in Tampa where you’re out and about and just need a decent place to crash. Good communication and help from Mohammad.

Really dirty baths, kitchen, fans, etc.
It needs a deep cleaning, hair on the bath tubs, microwave dirty, living room carpet needs replacing. There was really not a single room that was really clean. You can see that the fans have never seen a duster. Owner needs to change cleaning company for sure and make sure that the apartment is up to par to be able to rent it.

My stay at Mohammed's property was exceptional! Mohammed was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. The place was exactly as described in the ad—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my work staycation. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay there again.

Very Responsive
Mohammad is a great host. He's still figuring it out, but I know he'll be a success. We had a great stay. Can't beat the convenience of the location. Enjoyed the rain on the small balcony. No issues.

Great Host and Amazing Place To Stay
I rented this place for 4 guys (Sub-Contractors) to perform a job at a new restaurant very close to this location for our company. They really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations that had a home away from home feel. It's in a gated community & vehicles that come & go are even monitored. Mohammad (host) was very accommodating, informative and kept in touch with me & our guys that occupied his rental and let us know if there were any issues or if we needed to contact him, he was available 24/7. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home.

Comfortable and Great Location
Mohammed was a very accommodating host. We did have an issue with the a/c which he was very quick to remedy. I understand that he is in the process of making some upgrades and small renovations to make the unit more accommodating. The home has a twin and 2 queen beds, linens were clean. There were little things that I was willing to overlook, but I hope this is the first of many future 5 star reviews for this unit. Mohammed made our stay one to remember and I wish him all the best for a successful future.

We drove 8 and a half hours for a wedding in Tampa, just to walk into this improperly maintained apartment. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with an awful smell that took us about 20 minutes to find. There was the previous guests food left in the microwave, which tells you it wasn't cleaned. We also found old frying grease in a bowl in the cabinets. None of the bed sheets/blankets or washed as we found other people's hair in the bed and could smell the hair products that was in the previous people's hair on the pillows. All they did was spray the blankets with febreeze. We slept with throw blankets on top of the bedding as we didn't want to sleep under the blankets and sheets. We had to clean the bathtub with hand soap before we could even use it, as it had black scum and body hair all over it, there wasn't even cleaning supplies in the apartment. Even then we gave our kids a shower and not a bath. We also had to use our hands to wash ourselves with as the owner informed us after looking around the entire apartment, that there wasn't any bath rags in the apartment. The air conditioning in the apartment didn't work as we had it set to 72 and it never got below 77 in the apartment. The owner also gave us a "complimentary" container of broccoli cheese soup that had expired on 12/15/2022, we left it in the fridge. We will not be staying here again.

This space was definitely not as advertised! The complex was far from desired. The apartment itself was nasty due to hair being left in the shower, a used bar of soap, and hair remnants on the bathroom floor from grooming or haircut! At night there were roaches on the kitchen counter. Would not recommend this unit to my worst enemy, it was terrible! Def not even worth the 1 star! The owner did give a partial refund due to the lack of cleanliness, but due to the duration of stay and lack of availability elsewhere, we could not leave and find elsewhere to stay.

Cleanliness of the carpet concerned me to the point that I booked a different place to stay as there were two toddlers with me. Host claimed it was cleaned and those were just stains but it clearly looked dirty over being just stained.
