Many issues
Property was nice, management company was useless. We had issues with pool green/yellow Algae and asked many times about treatment and no one came. We then purchased a test and took care of it, also had bug issues all over kitchen (ants) and rooms my wife was bitten over 50 times with no one treating it. When we checked in the property had dead bugs and dirt in corners, kitchen was dirty and the Master toilet was clogged when we got there. We asked many times for these items to be rectified and they sent someone with a plunger to address the toilet. The last day we received a message if we want to extend our stay till 2pm for additional fee of $70.94. When i expressed our dissatisfaction with everything that maybe they could extend it for no charge we were told to hold on and we will ask. No one responded and we followed up at 830pm the night before check-out and received an answer that they had not heard back. This management company is useless and its sad that we had to manage the property. So in closing we stay in alot of VRBO properties and have never been so disgusted with it especially for the cost of the unit. Hopefully the owner reconsiders this management company to someone who cares.
