This cozy one bedroom was exactly what we needed. Full kitchen, we didn’t use it but great to have! Very comfortable bed. Great safe area. Friendly hosts. Great price as well. Easy parking. We will be back.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—no highways needed from the airport, making the trip stress-free. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, anticipating every need before I even had to ask.One of the highlights was the fire pit experience. As soon as I requested it, the hosts were all hands on deck, setting everything up quickly and making sure I had everything needed to enjoy a cozy evening. The attention to detail in this property is truly exceptional.Every amenity I could think of was already provided, making my stay effortless and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place where hospitality and comfort come first, this is it. I can’t wait to come back!

The location is great - close to everything - and easy to get around to all the various spots in Tampa. And, when your day winds down, it’s a quiet, safe location. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends.

This place was good enough for two of us and the owner was responsive. I do wish the listing was more transparent that you would have people staying above you as we were woke by them most mornings and the coffee maker did never work correctly, so i had to door dash. I also wish the furniture was comfortable. While the bed was great no othet furniture was comfortably to sit on

Quick weekend getaway
We flew in for a quick trip for a day at Busch gardens and had an amazing time but now realize we need to come back and stay here again because there were so many fun things to do, even within walking distance! Hosts were amazing and beyond friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

great location and owners
moving to area and owners were very helpful giving great advice on areas i was looking at. very cute guest house and very close to Riverwalk. They also have a larger 2x1 guesthouse for folks that need more room or have additional guests. The 1x1 was perfect for us.

Wonderful stay
Maria and her husband were wonderful hosts, anticipating every need. The rental unit was far more than I would have expected, with living and dining room, plus kitchen, bedroom and bath. Lovely views from the windows as well. Air conditioning, two TVs, and well equipped kitchen. Great parking area and wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood on the river near downtown. It's walking distance to the Riverwalk with its park and food areas. Absolutely wonderful place that I highly recommend. In fact, I already have, bringing a friend by to visit in anticipation of her needing accommodations for visitors. I am delighted to have found this wonderful spot and plan to stay many more times.

I loved this place. It had everything that I needed and the bed was super comfy. I don’t really have anything negative to say about the property. There was a couple with a small child running around upstairs. That was a little disturbing however, that’s not the property managers fault, I guess there’s really not too much you could do about something like that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat was amazing and friendly and honey and mocha made it even better.
