“Our stay at Pino Latte in Khao Kho was wonderful. The cool weather, breathtaking sunrise, and scenic views made it a perfect retreat. “A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! ”

“This is a sprawling hotel/resort. It covers a huge area with a mix of accommodation options. From rooms to corner rooms with expanded balconies, living and sitting areas and villas enabling families to stay together. It is not, though, wheelchair or disable friendly. As the resort is built along ridges lines to afford views, there are a lot of steps and uneven paths. They apparently offer staff assistance to cater for those requiring assistance but mobility would still be difficult. Our room...
