INCREÍBLE Tiene dos niveles cada uno con su propia terraza muy grande. Las vistas al mar y puesta del sol son inmejorables. Esta residencia cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 3. 5

baños, cocina moderna totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. Las muchas características de diseño son impresionantes, como los techos abovedados, columnas personalizadas y azulejos. Esta residencia dispone de aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo. Este condominio es para el arrendatario discriminar deseando todo lo mejor que Costa Rica tiene para ofrecer. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, y es, de lejos, la mejor ubicación en la zona Langosta / Tamarindo.

Cuenta con muebles de diseño de alto nivel de calidad excepcional. Hay una cama king size, cama de matrimonio, dos camas individuales Hay un conector con dos camas para convertir las camas individuales en una cama tamaño king. Los dos grandes terrazas están bien amuebladas en muebles de exterior maravillosa. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en su propio nivel privado completo con una gran terraza cubierta en la azotea. Hay internet, cable, 3 televisores LCD de pantalla plana y 2 reproductores de DVD. Este condominio puede alojar una familia grande o 3 parejas.

La ubicación es excepcional en la exquisita playa Langosta en la exclusiva comunidad de Langosta una milla al sur de Tamarindo. Es lo suficientemente cerca para disfrutar de todas las comodidades de Tamarindo, pero lo suficientemente lejos para disfrutar de la serenidad y la belleza de Playa Langosta. We absolutely love Syd's condo. We enjoyed it so much two years ago that we decided to stay in the same place again. It was perfect for our family of six. Well located. Easy walk to town. Beautiful views. Perfectly appointed. Great kitchen.

Beautiful Penthouse in Tamarindo
This property is on the top floor of a small secure condominium building, and sits right on the beach with incredible views of the beach and ocean from the 2 large decks and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The Penthouse is large and very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The design and architecture of the Penthouse and the Condo building is stunning. The location is great, as you are within easy walking distance to Tamarindo Beach to the north and a smaller beach to the east, as well as many great restaurants and 2 different resorts. The local Manager/Concierge is fantastic and arranged wonderful tours for us. This is a 5 star property in a 5 star location. Loved our time at the Penthouse. The Harpers and Wardens STL.

Excellent beachfront Condo
Fantastic Condo and grounds with great views just as described in the listing. Was perfect for our family of 4; with teenage boys each having a room for themselves. Great location just outside of the busy town of Tamarindo but within walking distance and plenty of good local restaurants nearby within a couple minutes walk. Easy check in with condo being ready a couple hours ahead of time which was nice as we arrived late morning. Property managers Willy and Justin were great to work with as they organized airport transfers and were very responsive with any questions or help that was needed while there!

Second time staying here.
We stayed at Syd and Lynne’s condo in Langosta 13 years ago. We loved the unit, and the location, then, and felt the same way this time around. Willy, the property manager, was outstanding and a big help. We were there this time with our five and eight-year-old grandchildren, our daughter, and her husband. It was perfect for the kids who have now developed an immediate passion for Costa Rica.

Beautiful views
Views are perfect from the condo. Great location, nice walk to the busy downtown area which was perfect for our family. Condo is nice size for everyone to have their own space. The TV didn’t work and when it did it was a pain to stream. We didn’t mind since it made us unplug, especially the kids. Would stay here again for the location and views.

Amazing beachfront condo and beautiful sunset views
Absolutely fantastic condo and property for a Tamarindo vacation. Willy, Justin and the property owner (Syd) are incredible - they communicated well, answered all questions, were responsive quickly throughout the trip, and gave great advice on local activities. Check-in was easy and Willy arranged for airport transportation and assisted with groceries, surf board rentals, beach towels, etc. The condo itself is beautiful - plenty of space for multiple adults, or in our case 2 adults and 3 teenagers, where everyone had their own space, bathroom/shower. Great location, easy to walk or use a golf cart to get into Tamarindo proper. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great views!
Property was great. Close enough to town but far enough to be able to enjoy some quiet time. Views were amazing. Owner and staff were very responsive and able to help with any concerns. Property was well appointed and we had everything to feel at home for our entire stay. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation
Our stay in Langosta was simply amazing! We are so grateful to Syd. Our family was initially staying at a different property. We had significant issues that made it unable for us to stay there and we began frantically looking for somewhere new to stay. We discovered this beautiful property with amazing views, and it was such a blessing. The owner went out of his way to get the property ready the same day for us, despite the fact that it was Easter Sunday. Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted with friendliness and kindness, and felt like we were in our home away from home. Willy also went out of his way to assist us in acquiring a golf cart for our stay. The property is beautiful! The location is perfect! You could not ask for more in a vacation property! If you have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here. Our family will definitely return the next time we vacation in Costa Rica. Thank you again so much Syd, David, Willy, and everyone who saved our vacation and made it one we will never forget.

A little slice of heaven
As a condo owner on the coast in the USA I understand what it takes to make everything come together for an enjoyable experience and I can say without a doubt that is exactly what we had with our stay. The condo was first class and the concierge (Willy) was fantastic. From the time we arrived in Costa Rica until we departed Willy took care of all of our needs and allowed us to simply enjoy our vacation without worrying about the logistics. The pictures do not do this condo justice as it's even more beautiful in person. Thank you Syd and Lynne, we are jealous of what you have. Harry and Cheryl

Amazing stay
This condo in Playa Langosta was the perfect base for our time in Tamarindo. The condo was huge and had amazing views from every terrace. The beds were great, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and the beds were comfortable. The security was great for peace of mind and Justin was fantastic in greeting us and getting us settled. We had a 12 and 15 year old and it was great to have the space and that each bedroom had an ensuite. We will definitely return to this condo when we return to Tamarindo.

Amazing 2 week stay with our 3 young adult children! The condo is beautifully appointed, kitchen well stocked! Location is perfect, pool is very well maintained and the views ate spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place very clean and helpful for whatever you need
Everything is exactly like the pictures. You'll most likely want to rent a golf cart for traveling into and around town makes it a lot easier. Very clean place and they will also come and clean if you are there for an extended stay (like a week or more). Staff very nice and even if they don't speak english they will pull google translate out to help you. Highly recommend will stay again.

Great location with amazing views!
Wow! This was wonderful 3bdrm, 2fl well appointed condo just a short 15-20 minute walk to Tamarindo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The beach front was really cool for exploring during low tide. Starfish, turtles, crabs, etc could be found among the rocks. High tide took up most of the beach and there were spots to wade in the water. It was a nice walk to/from Tamarindo during low tide. The condo had everything we needed and we felt very safe with security gates both at the front and back of the property. I was pleasantly surprised to find a brand new Weber grill on the balcony, which worked great. The grocery store was no more than a 150yds away and had most essential items. The pizza place right outside the building was very good. Only two things I'd mention for potential renters. First, the unit direct next door was being remodeled and there was heavy demo/construction from 8am-5pm, M-F. Think jackhammers, saws/power tools, sledge hammers, etc. We weren't in the room much during the day, but it took away from the otherwise relaxing experience. Understandably this is outside of the owners control, however there was no notice provided ahead of arrival. Thankfully our kids are older, but this could have been a problem for families with younger children that nap. Second, there is no elevator. If someone in your party has difficulty with stairs, this could be an issue. Again, not a problem for us but something to note. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would love to return sometime!

Stay at Horizontes Del Mar
Overall the property is lovely. A few things need to be upgraded and placement of some additional fans would be a welcome addition. The communication with the property managers was not as expected. We arrived after the office closed but no one reached out to us to give us an overview of the property or explain how certain things worked in the condo. It was only after we contacted them because certain things were not functioning that they came over. Additionally, the cleaning service did not come until the day before we were leaving as opposed to mid week which did not really make much sense. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the location was great—-close enough to Tamarindo but far enough away from the noise.

Blissful getaway with no hassle
We really needed a break. We were so delighted with this property. Clean and open, with high ceilings, all bedrooms have full ensuite, 2 bedrooms have access to deck. Both upper and lower decks have comfortable seating which is protected from rain if it happens. We can hear the ocean from our bed. The pool is lovely and was hardly used by anyone but us. Quiet secure compound 5 minute drive from busy beach town of tamarindo. Can rent golf cart to get around, or walk the beach. We rented a car but parking in town can be tricky. Lovely nearby restaurants to watch the sunsets, and we barbecued on the deck which was perfect. Condo Service was excellent, I emailed Elena a dozen times with various requests, and she was always helpful and prompt. She booked our excursions (national park, ziplining, catamaran with snorkeling). I loved this property and will definitely be back to sit on the deck again with my book and a glass of wine.

Property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The patio was perfect for watching the sunset with your favorite cocktail. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great Condo/Great Location
We had a wonderful stay. The property was well maintained and quiet. The condo had all the comforts of home, plenty of room for 5 of us. We met some of the full time residents and long term renters who were all friendly. The view of the sunsets were unmatched. Absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend staying in Syd's condo. One day we will visit Playa Langosta/Tamarindo again and stay in this lovely condo.

Great location & Great service
Property was exactly as described on beautiful private beach. Condo is modern with all the amenities and great views of the ocean. Sydney and RPM were very responsive and made the check-in process seamless. This place is about 1.5mi from downtown Tamarindo so close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a busy beach town. Loved our stay!

Amazing beachside retreat
Place is fully equipped, with amazing views! We loved the condo, 3rd floor which offered views out at the ocean below. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony. The estuary beside the condo offered great fun for our kids, as well as the ocean excellent surfing for the older kids. Having a car was a must as it allowed for quick access to town. Just down the street, we loved Walter's Fish and Cheese, a must for any visit!
