Casa Bendita fue la casa favorita de nuestros clientes durante muchos años. Los propietarios actualizaron la propiedad y luego decidieron tenerla solo para su uso privado. A partir de agosto de 2019, decidieron comenzar a alquilar nuevamente, todas las actualizaciones se ven hermosas y estamos seguros de que tendrá las vacaciones perfectas aquí. Nuestro equipo de conserjería en RPM se asegurará de ayudarlo con cualquier transporte, recorrido / actividades y estará disponible si necesita ayuda o tiene alguna pregunta.

Casa Bendita se encuentra en Langosta Beach, a menos de una milla de Tamarindo. Esta elegante casa de 4 dormitorios define el lujo. Imagínese disfrutando de sus días tomando el sol, relajándose bajo el rancho protegido en su terraza privada, con vista a la hermosa Playa Langosta, mientras el Océano Pacífico rueda contra la playa, solo unos pasos más abajo. Con su ubicación, comodidades y atención al detalle, esta villa captura la esencia de la vida costera costarricense.

El paisaje tropical, las puertas y gabinetes de madera dura, las fuentes de agua de piedra fundida, los ventiladores de techo, la cocina personalizada y los techos abovedados con vigas de madera dura son realmente lujosos. No importa dónde se encuentre en la villa, tiene una vista de un jardín, el océano o ambos. Un paraíso de experiencias visuales, realmente trae los trópicos al interior.

Al entrar en la casa, se encuentra con un jardín tropical con fuentes de piedra fundida y piscinas tropicales. Tres de las villas de cuatro dormitorios se abren a la zona del jardín. Las tres habitaciones tienen baño completo y ducha que se abren a un jardín interior. El dormitorio principal se abre a la piscina y tiene impresionantes vistas de la piscina y el océano. Con cuatro dormitorios y seis baños, la villa tiene capacidad para ocho personas cómodamente.

La cocina diseñada a medida está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de última generación. La sala familiar, la cocina y las áreas de comedor son parte de una gran sala que se abre a la terraza y al área de la piscina. El área de comedor cubierta al aire libre en la cubierta tiene una parrilla de gas, refrigerador y fregadero. La villa dispone de aire acondicionado.

Family vacation for all
Stayed with my 60 yr old parents, brother and his wife, my wife and our 5 yr old - plenty of space, even if you switched our 5 yr old with an adult couple. Every room was private with an en-suite. Casa was well cared for and can walk to property management if need be. Everything you need is on site and really thought out/works. Kitchen is large with massive fridge/freezer, ice machine, everything you need. Good working AC in all living spaces. Walk to plenty of restaurants/market. Would definitely stay here again. Gracias!!

Spactular Views
The home was in a great location with awesome views of the Pacific and the western sunsets. With its premium rent and advertised access to the beach, the owners should provide some portable beach chairs and possibly a shade cover. We had to rent them which is not expensive, but involves finding a vendor, picking the chairs up and returning them. Lola and German were most helpful in making plans and solving our various problems. Without them, we would have been at a loss on a number of occasions.

Perfect vacation home!
Perfect vacation home for our party of 7. We loved that 3 of the bedrooms were away from main house for privacy / quiet sleep when needed. The pool was perfection overlooking the ocean, communicating with the property management through the VRBO was easy with quick responses. Overall just the perfect home, we’ll be back at Casa Bendita in two years!

Great time at Casa Bendita
We enjoyed the stay. The RPM team was exceptionally helpful with arranging golf carts, private chef and excursions. The location was great as it was not in the center of town, but was only a golf cart ride away. The house was clean and met every need of our party. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the wonderful pool and views. For the surfers..... the Play Langosta break was about 300 to 400 yards down the beach and was a lot less crowded then in town. Both left and rights that were chest to head high. Overall, great experience.

First Time Stay---But Definitely Not The Last
The welcome gift from the owners was very nice and very much appreciated! The property was exquisite, beyond the photographs! The beach was very close (only steps away), very clean and very pleasant. I love to cook and everything associated with cooking and serving was upscale; down to the place mats, platters, serving utensils, etc. Each suite was very private and individualized. The pool was outstanding and Randy was a great help. The visiting iguanas, racoons, and birds were delightful and not a threat at all. Thank you RPM, Tropical Vacations, Paradise Cart Rental and Vrbo! This is a fantastic environment for all ages!

Amazing Costa Rican Vacation
We stayed here with 3 other couples for a 50th birthday celebration (8 people total). It is a gorgeous home with an unbelievable ocean view. The home is within walking distance of some restaurants, but we rented golf carts to be able to get to Tamarindo shops and restaurants, as well.

Wonderful location. Definitely get a golf cart and with that you can cruise into town anytime and grab whatever you want from the local stores. Great property, clean rooms, outdoor showers, solid kitchen, wonderful views and direct walk to beach. Gorgeous plants and landscaping and very clean pool. Definitely recommend.

Great Costa Rican get away.
The house worked great for us. There was plenty of room to gather together and nice to have room for people to have private space.. The kitchen was well equipped but we went out most evenings. In hindsight, we should have taken advantage fee grocery delivery. The only thing that I would say to improve would be to have a couple of inexpensive beach chairs to take down to the beach. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view
Casa Bendita was all we could have hoped for in lodging on our first trip to Costa Rica. Located in a very quiet area, the rooms were very spacious with their en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. The courtyard and water features were charming. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and the living room was perfect for lounging and game night. And finally, the outdoor deck and infinity pool overlooking the Pacifica Ocean was simply perfect. We cannot recommend this property enough.

Wonderful Ending to Costa Rica Adventure
The house is amazing - even better than the pictures. Very well maintained, clean and conviently located. Beds were all super comfy, the pool was a delight, and the kitchen had all items needed. Multiple areas to gather (inside and out) and have fun. One bit of advice - make sure you bring your mosquito spray. The RPM staff were quick to respond to any issues.

Total Paradise!
We absolutely loved this house and never wanted to leave! The house is beautiful and the views from the backyard were stunning! It had everything you needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and had high end appliances! The pool was gorgeous and the beach right in front of the house was amazing! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it! My husband who’s an avid surfer was able to go on a 5-10 min walk over just to the left side of the property to find awesome waves to surf a few times a day and was in heaven! And RPM was above and beyond so helpful with all our needs and assisted us with all our activities and wants throughout our whole stay for 5 nights! They were the friendliest people and were very accommodating! Couldn’t rave enough about their customer service! We’ll definitely use them again and would love to stay in Casa Bandita again in a heartbeat! Hands down the best house we’ve ever rented anywhere in the world in all the places we’ve stayed in!

Fantastic Property
House was fantastic!!! Layout was great! The beds were awesome! The outdoor area was fabulous. Loved the pool. They even had floats and beach towels for us to use. The proximity of the beach was great- much closer than we thought. Lola from the rental agency was great to work with. She helped get all my questions answered and our excursions booked! Couldn’t have asked for anything to be any better! Would 100% recommend!!!!

Amazing property
We stayed a week at Casa Bendita and it was amazing. The property is just as described. The beach is beautiful and private. Their is no public parking for Playa Longosta so there are very few people. At high tide the water is a beautiful blue and at low tide you will see rock formations. RPM the management company was very helpful. I sent several emails and they responded quickly and answered all of my questions. Lola was especially helpful and scheduled our zip lining, golf, anytime we needed a taxi and information for what was needed due to Covid. Rent a golf cart, it was great to zip into town to eat, shop or go to Tamarindo beach. This place is great!!

Outstanding experience all the way around.
The property was fantastic. The beach and pool provided endless hours of entertainment. The staff was kind, patient, helpful and professional. The location was close enough to town, yet maintained a private experience. I would highly recommend this property and the utilization of the management company.

First time in Tamarindo
The house was simply amazing. This is the first place I have stayed where the online pics looked fantastic but the house in person was even more amazing. Everything you could hope for and so relaxing. The walk / golf cart ride to town was easy and the area is bustling around the clock with plenty to eat and drink as well as see and do. Highly recommend also the management team as they were always accommodating and so very helpful in setting up transportation, a perfect day on the ocean with Jim and George, and getting things ready for our arrival. Only regret is that we didn't stay long enough! We will return! Thanks so much
