Condominio de alquiler de vacaciones en Tamarindo de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños completamente remodelado con todos los muebles nuevos, piscina compartida, cocina totalmente equipada, camas king y queen, aire acondicionado, TV por cable e internet wifi. Las habitaciones tienen cama king size en el dormitorio principal, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con una cama doble adicional para dormir 5 en total. El salón también tiene un sofá cama nuevo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con actualizaciones modernas y tiene todo para cocinar, además de electrodomésticos, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, microondas, etc.

Hay mucho espacio de guardarropas en cada habitación en este alquiler de vacaciones en Tamarindo. Balcones del Pacífico es un complejo muy tranquilo y las propiedades comparten una hermosa área común y una gran piscina, tumbonas y zona de césped. Este condominio es el espacio perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes, ideal para parejas y familias pequeñas. El condominio está ubicado a solo 1 cuadra de la playa y del centro de Tamarindo, por lo que nunca necesitará un vehículo. Hay una tienda de comestibles a media cuadra de la calle, así como un patio de comidas, un parque y una parada de taxis.

Perfect location, so clean and comfortable!
From check in to check out, we loved our stay! We felt so safe with the check in/codes and communication. The gorgeous blue pool was SUCH a bonus! Walking distance to coffee, ALL restaurants in Tamarindo, night life, and the El Mercadito SO close! We also walked to the small market for essentials! The cleanliness was TOP NOTCH, the beds were comfortable, the a/c SO cool; the little things like coffee and filtered water meant so much! Thank you for our amazing vacation stay! Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in February with 2 young kids and 3 adults. The was responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. This place was a pleasant surprised. We were taken aback on how much space the living area had. The Master bedroom was large and had a walk in bathroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds, which would be ideal for kids. There is a separate 'common' area with the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom so that you can close off the living room/kitchen area if you need to keep noise out. It also has space to store your suitcases or overstock clothes if you need to. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you possibly need. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and found it easy to navigate with the tools they had available. The living area was nice and there is a cute balcony that faces the pool area. The pool itself is great and the neighbours around tend to be really nice people and we got to know a few of them during our stay. The condo seems to attract friendly people. The only complaint I had was that the internet can be brutal. I had work a couple days and found myself having to switch to mobile hotspot bc the bandwidth wasn't that great on wifi specifically(the TV that uses streaming was excellent though). Jennifer mentioned that this is typical in the area and others confirmed this. Other than that, this place was really well thought out to each detail. I truly felt at home here and already miss it.

Very comfortable condo
We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the pool was fairly dirty and there was limited places to sit around the pool. Unfortunately, other short-term renters would monopolize the chairs by putting their towels down first thing in the morning. I am sure this drove the residents crazy. Otherwise, great stay.

Great access to beach and town. Walked every where in Tamarindo. Staff at condo was very friendly and helpful, everyone we encountered was pleasant throughout out our stay. Only negative, if you have a vehicle, parking is limited.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo!
We really loved this location and would stay here again. It is minutes away (a 2-5 minute walk) from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. We did not rent a car and we had no problems walking everywhere we wanted to go. During our stay we met several other residents of the condos and everyone was lovely, friendly, and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are towels for pool use but not for the beach so if you plan to visit the beach make sure to bring towels or plan to buy some. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the master bed is very creaky and it makes a lot of noise every time you move. My husband and I used earplugs and we were ok but I would not have slept without them. Overall, we recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed staying at your condo! It is very clean, beautifully renovated, very spacious, has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation! The condo is located close to all the restaurants and activities, we did not have to move our car at all. Excellent condo in walking distance of the beach
We were so happy with this condo and its location. The beds were especially comfortable, and our family of five was very happy there. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare the meals we had at the condo, and the location was within walking distance of so many dining options. We didn't have to move the car for the three days we stayed, which was great.

Loved our stay and will be back
This was our 2nd time staying at Balcones Pacifico and renting from Jennifer. Communication was easy and Jennifer efficiently helped with a small maintenance issue and our Covid tests as well. This ground unit was fantastic and convenient. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a surf family of four. Our boys loved the bunk beds. We love the complex and it is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to everything we needed. We will be back!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay . This location was perfect , block to the beach and town . The condo was located at the top of a hill that was perfectly off the beaten path but super close to everything which was extremely important with 2 teenagers . Never had to rent a car . Jennifer our host was very helpful in booking tours and answering any questions and responding to quickly to any concerns we had . The condo is extremely well appointed, modern and clean . We will definitely book again .. The pool was the perfect way to end the day !

Lovely Updated Condo Close to Beach
This is our 4th time staying at Balcones del Pacifico Condos and the 2nd time in #1. We love the location close to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and it has a washer and dryer in the unit. The air conditioning in all rooms works perfectly. The grounds are well looked after and the pool is very clean. The property is very secure with a night guard just outside the gated complex in the parking area. We have loved staying here while visiting our daughter who has been living in Tamarindo.

Awesome Location and Management
My two adult children and myself stayed for a week the beginning of December 2019. The entire process went smoothly and Jennifer was awesome to deal with. Being close to the holiday season and my daughter being huge into the festive season decorations, I wanted to surprise her. Worked with Jennifer on setting up a plan and the place was beautifully decorated upon our arrival. Happy tears from my daughter...loved it. Small things that make a world of difference. Friendly people within the building, location close to the beach and main strip. Worked out fantastic for us.

Great choice!
This condo worked out perfectly for us! The two bedrooms were great for our family of four and the layout worked out well. The kitchen was nicely appointed and it was great to have a washer/dryer. It has a great location - close to the beach, super market, shops, and restaurants. We were a little concerned that it would be noisy and busy in the complex, but it is tucked away a bit and was really nice and quiet. The pool was really nice to have and was kept very clean. If I were to be super knit picky I would say that the showers were a bit challenging - the pressure was weak and temperature difficult to gauge, but that's the worst thing I can say about this wonderful condo. Jennifer and Evelyn were very helpful and responsive, it was great to know that we could count on them to help us with our questions and other arrangements such as setting up a shuttle from/to the airport. Overall, our family had a great trip and we can't wait to come again!
