“My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. It's a new hotel that just opened December 2024. - While not at a central location, the location is accessible if you have a car, you can get to at least where she needed to be. - Hotel has dining and breakfast was included with the booking. - Hotel staff are great. Approachable. We'll come back next year. Thank you.”

“We enjoyed our 2 nights at Whitewoods. Place was good value for money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. They offer plated breakfast which is good and have some options. Swimming pool was nice and clean. We will visit again. There is laundrymart just outside the hotel with in walkable distance as well.”

“Our recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents.”

“Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.”
