Our stay was overall really nice - the house is beautiful with ample common space and cozy lodgings, as well as a well-stocked and sizable kitchen. We came the weekend after a big storm and needed the yard shoveled to access the hot tub, and a friendly local Vacasa contact came within the hour to help us out.
We did have some trouble first getting in - I was given an e-code for the front door, which didn't work, and I had to reach out to Vacasa to find out that I needed a different code to access the lock box. This was a slight hiccup but we were helped out very quickly.
The only confusing interaction we had was around a "noise complaint" - we had just finished dinner and were playing a group game around 9:30PM when I received a text from Vacasa about a "potential noise complaint". This was concerning to our group, as we had not been making much noise and also were far enough away from any other property (and snowed in on all sides which would also deaden noise) that we couldn't understand how we would bother others. We asked for clarity on who had complained so we could be more mindful but never received any confirmation. This was confusing.
Overall, a 4/5 star stay!
