El condominio de dos pisos St Francis Lake Side cuenta con hermosas vistas al lago Tahoe y está a solo unos pasos de una playa de arena y un muelle. Lancha pública, parque y parque infantil a pocos pasos. Varias estaciones de esquí importantes a pocos minutos de distancia.
Disfruta de dos terrazas al aire libre con barbacoa, mesa de comedor y sofá al aire libre. Encantadora sala de estar con techos altos, chimenea de leña y un gran sofá para ver la pantalla grande. Gran cocina totalmente equipada contigua comedor con mesa grande para 8. Esta mesa muy querida ha sido testigo de muchas comidas familiares felices y proporcionará un gran lugar para reunirse y disfrutar de una comida o jugar algunos de los muchos juegos que el propietario ha dejado cuidadosamente para que los invitados disfruten. También hay dos grandes armarios empotrados en el comedor que son perfectos para servir una comida buffet para la pandilla. Hay muchas piezas para servir para que sea más fácil.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama King y un baño recién remodelado con una gran ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos personalizados. Dos amplios dormitorios adicionales cuentan con una habitación con cama queen más una cama individual y el último dormitorio también tiene una cama queen. La sala de estar tiene un futón queen para relajarse o toboganes planos para dormir. Dos baños completos en el nivel inferior (dormitorio), baño completo adicional arriba en el área de la sala y la cocina. Todos los baños fueron completamente remodelados con encimeras de granito y azulejos personalizados.

La ubicación es ideal, a solo 2 minutos de Tahoe City y a 10 minutos de las pistas de Squaw y Alpine. Hay un sendero para caminar / andar en bicicleta hacia la ciudad que también recorre toda la costa oeste y a lo largo del río Truckee hasta Squaw Valley.

Caminata corta a Tahoe City para disfrutar de tiendas, restaurantes, películas, parques, senderos para bicicletas y rafting en el río Truckee. Bicicleta de montaña y rutas de senderismo te rodean.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake shore
Great place to stay if you want a quiet location that is right on the lake shore and has nice amenities. The place was clean, well stocked, and had lots of games to keep our daughter occupied. We enjoyed the stay here.

Great condo property, with a stunning view of the lake! We had a prime view of the summer solstice full moon rising over the lake- it was magical! Beds were comfortable and soft. Kitchen has all the necessities you need to cook. The lake is just a few steps away- you could hang there to play, but the lake is so full there’s not much of a beach. There are a few public beaches just a short walk away, which made it so easy to access without having to drive somewhere and park. The upstairs gets pretty hot in the afternoon (full sun), but cools off nicely with a good cross breeze and the ceiling fan. Downstairs stays cool. There is the lake trail that is just up the road which will allow you to walk into town (about a mile and a half walk. Overall, a great stay and convenient location. Would stay again!

Great condo in a great location
This condo is a short bike ride from downtown Tahoe City. The upstairs is great and has two wonderful decks, amazing places to spend a sunny afternoon. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It's a short walk to the shores of Tahoe. The carpet is a bit old, and downstairs smells a bit musty, but otherwise a good expereince.

Very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath that is great for a group. We were just 5 adults, but this place could easily and comfortably accommodate more and be great for kids. Stellar place!

Extreme Disappointment
Do not be fooled by the pictures online! My family and I have been vacationing in October in Lake Tahoe for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this rental. The beds were literally, no exaggeration, lumpy. You could feel the springs through the matresses. Just absolutely unbelievable. No one was able to get a good night sleep. One of the rooms had an electrical outlet coming out of the wall with exposed wiring and there was a light fixture plugged into it. There were cobwebs in the doorways, the kitchen floor had some sort of sticky substance on it that was never mopped up before our stay. The toaster oven was filthy, it was so bad it turned us off from even using the kitchen. I would never have imagined that there could even be such a place as this offered as a vacation rental. Save your money for a property where the owners actually care about upkeep and the comfort of their guests. We are not the type to complain but I don’t want another family to have to suffer such a huge as disappointment on their vacation stay. We did communicate these issues to the property management and they were referred to as “minor inconveniences” I wouldn’t call having the matress springs poking into your back as a minor inconvenience, as I stated above just unbelievably disappointing.

Bad timing
We went during the start of the California fires. The unit was hot and stuffy when we arrived and has no A/C. Not good for smoky conditions. It would have been much nicer under better circumstances. The unit was not cleaned well. The kitchen floor was filthy. Certainly not up to COVID standards. The upstairs living area was nice but the TV was impossible to figure out. We tried and tried. Very limited choice for some reason. Kitchen was set up well and had decent pots and pans etc. The downstairs is where the bedrooms were. Very unpleasant. Bed was hard and felt old . Not comfortable. Also in main bedroom closet no room whatsoever for clothes to be put away. Used the guest rooms which did have clear closets. The poor conditions were not the fault of the place but we would not return for the other demerits. No doubt the pluses of the unit would have been enjoyed more in the right conditions. Overall price was high, not a great value.

very well furnished considering the large number of guests can host
common area very comfortable and furnished, lot's of kitchenware and silverware. large round table for proper sitting. lots of board games, also for kids. not able to watch the master bedroom TV; I think a remote is missing.....not big deal for me, different for my wife who likes to watch it before falling asleep. was nice to relax in the indoor common hot tub, just few steps away. overall I recommend this property to everyone. if you go for the summer and you like the lake, it is really few steps from the shore

Great Condo and Complex - So Close to Lake!
We stayed at this property for a family vacation in mid August. The pictures online do not do the view and proximity to the lake justice!! The unit is only a few parking spaces away from the water's edge and the lake can easily be viewed from the living room and dining room through several large glass sliding doors, in addition to both balconies. The lake was very full this summer leaving a smaller beach area, but it was not a problem because there was rarely anyone else on the beach or on the neighborhood pier. This made for a very peaceful vacation with stunning views! We also enjoyed the tennis courts and pool. The townhouse was very spacious and fully stocked with any kitchen item, cleaning supply and beach/sporting equipment you could think of. The neighborhood is very convenient to many Tahoe City restaurants and traveling around the lake. Overall, we loved this property and will definitely stay here again! Opportunities for Improvement: The house was pretty clean but the cleaning crew missed some cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling (with spider included - eek!) and didn't seem to clean the balconies as there was bird poop, cobwebs and dirt on the furniture and railings. Also, the master bedroom bed was very squeaky. Minor items that did not distract us from having a great stay!
