The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. “The hotel was nice. Our room was clean and spacious maybe they could have added a couch to sit on since the room was big. They could have clean the beach area for the visitors since there were a lot of debris on the beach. The food was good and staff were great. The property had stunning ocean view. ”

“We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom.
