La localidad de esta villa de playa se encuentra en Fontane Bianche, Siracusa. Aquí tiene una vista impresionante del mar en la primera fila, así como acceso directo a la playa -no más de 15 metros-. La villa amueblada de forma moderna y con aire acondicionado dispone de 2 dormitorios con cama doble, 1 dormitorio con dos camas individuales, amplio salón con chimenea y TV. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con su propia televisión. La cocina también está óptimamente equipada. La villa también incluye dos baños con secador de pelo, toallas, bidé y ducha. En la gran terraza hay un baño exterior con ducha, aseo y lavadora. El Wi-Fi está disponible. Lo más destacado de la villa es el jacuzzi exterior con vistas directas al mar y una ducha exterior adicional. Hay instalaciones comerciales y restaurantes. Cualquiera que haya visitado nuestra casa de vacaciones seguramente se enamorará de ella. El número máximo de personas que pueden vivir unas vacaciones inolvidables en este ambiente de ensueño es de 6 personas. Hay dos plazas de aparcamiento disponibles.

Einfach schön
Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, die Einrichtung stimmig, die große Terrasse zum Meer hin vom Frühstück bis zum letzten Glas Wein vor dem Schlafengehen immer großartig. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich, wie schon bei unserem ersten Besuch vor 5 Jahren.

Pro: Fronte mare basso fondale, con discesa diretta sulla spiaggia. Terrazza attrezzata con sdraio, barbecue,bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Due posti auto. 3 Camere da letto con zanzariere e condizionatori. Due bagni con ampie docce. Tendaggi e televisioni in tutte le stanze. Cucina attrezzata. Struttura riammodernata e pulita. Contro: Per tutta la durata del soggiorno di due settimane, la lavastoviglie non è stata riparata. Materassi letti matrimoniali scomodi per eccessivo affossamento. Sfaldamento continuo rivestimento similpelle sedie cucina. Interventi miglioramento: Installare zanzariera e condizionatore in soggiorno. Riparare perdita lavastoviglie.Sostituire materassi matSostituisedie cucina.

Zauberhafte Villa direkt am Strand
Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Filomena und sind restlos begeistert ! Die Villa ist wirklich bis ins Kleinste durchdacht und ausgestattet und mit viel Charme eingerichtet ! Die Lage direkt am Strand mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer lässt keinen Wunsch offen ! Die Gastgeberin hat uns ausgesprochen nett von Deutschland aus begleitet. Check-In und -Out hat eine sehr nette ältere Dame aus dem Ort abgewickelt. Auto ist nötig, da ordentliche Supermärkte nur in Avola vorhanden sind. Der Zugang zum Strand geht über einen Steinfelsen, ist also nicht ganz barrierefrei. Fontane Bianche ist ein lebhafter Strand, am Wochenende rappelvoll und vom nahen Beach Club kann tagsüber schon mal für ein paar Minuten monotoner Rave rüberdröhnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Ansonsten ist der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Villa einfach nur wunderbar ! Die lauen Sommerabende direkt am rauschenden Meeresufer waren unvergleichlich ! Wir kommen wieder !

Traumhaft - jederzeit gerne wieder!
Alles perfekt: Haus, Lage, Ausstattung, Terrasse mit Strandzugang, Meerblick und Whirlpool, parkähnlicher Garten und natürlich der feine Sandstrand und das türkisblaue Wasser der Bucht und nicht zuletzt sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Tolles Ferienhaus, alles sauber, traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand, nur ein paar Treppen runter. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche. Super Praktisches extra WC und Dusche, welches von der Terrasse zugänglich ist. Äußerst leckere Pizzeria um die Ecke. Traumhafter Whirlpool. Der Besitzer ist klasse, habe im Voraus alles Notwendige erfahren. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit äußerst netter Dame dank Übersetzungsprogramm auf Handy. Alles in einem: traumhaft.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Nous avons été accueilli par une dame ne parlant qu'italien mais très gentille. La maison était très propre, bien équipée et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Le jacuzzi est un réel atout pour la saison qui est encore un peu fraiche en avril. La vue sur la mer est juste incroyable et l'accès direct sur la plage est très pratique, surtout pour les enfants. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir!

Wonderful
The pictures don’t do this semi-detached house justice! Wonderful property right on the beach. This house had the feel of someone’s actual vacation home being rented out — high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed with everything you need and many conveniences, etc. Plenty of space inside and outside, with a fantastic patio with huge, heated hot tub, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Fully gated property and felt very private given setback of neighboring property and the privacy wall on the other side with the attached home. Great location with easy driving ~25 mins to Syracusa and Noto, but you really don’t want to leave! Sufficient restaurants and supplies nearby within walking distance in Fontane Bianche, with more substantial options within close driving distance. Responsive host and manager. Highly recommend!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt! Insbesondere die Lage direkt am Strand mit der fantastischen Terrasse ist einmalig. Tolles Haus am Strand
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft in der Vorsaison mit unserer Familie. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen Strand. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Den Jacuzzi fanden die Kinder toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Wonderful stay
Great villa. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were so comfortable, showers excellent. Views were stunning from the terrace and the hot tub was great. The property is a little out of the way and taxis were not easy to come by or were very expensive. There is a great, simple restaurant (beach bar) about 20 minutes walk away and Cassibile has a few restaurants about 30 minutes walk. There are also a few trains per day into Syracusa from a station 20 minutes walk away and you can buy a ticket on the train. A car is definitely needed. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen a few nights and there are large supermarkets in nearby Avola including a Lidl. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Tolles Haus
Ein wirklich schönes Haus, direkt am Strand. Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt, die Eigentümer haben bereits auf uns gewartet. Alles war exakt wie auf den Bildern und super sauber. Wir haben uns alle sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Strand war wirklich toll, hat den Kindern am besten gefallen. Frühstücken auf der großzügigen Terasse ist auch wirklich toll gewesen.

Superb villa on the beach
We had a delightful 10-day stay in May. The location is great and the view is wonderful. The house is roomy, well furnished and equipped as described and more. Savored our morning espressos and breakfasts on the terrace. Just had a fantastic time!

Familienurlaub
Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen. Haus sehr gut in Anzeige beschrieben und entsprechende Fotos dabei. Nach der Buchung haben sich die Vermieter sehr schnell gemeldet und man konnte mit ihnen auf deutsch wunderbar vorweg alles abklären. Vor Ort wurde die Schlüsselübergabe von einer netten Einheimischen Dame übernommen.Diese spricht nur italienisch,Verständigung nur mit Handy/Übersetzer möglich (drum 1 Punktabzug bei check-in). Sauberkeit top. Gute Küchenausstattung. Bei Fragen oder Bedürfnissen, Kontakt mit Besitzern per Mobiltelefom möglich.Diese geben dann Anliegen entsprechend vor Ort weiter. Lage und Umgebung haben wir einen Stern abgezogen, da Hauslage strandtechnisch echt top ist, allerdings das restliche drum herum eher wenig vorhanden bzw geöffnet war/ist (Geschäfte /Bäcker /Supermarkt/Restaurants) und die Straßen-und Umgebungssauberkeit (nicht nur in Fontane Bianche) leider etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt. Schwer nachvollziehbar, aber leider Realität. Von Fontane Bianche kann man wunderbar Ausflüge machen. Dazu Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns, dass wir eine so tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit von freundlichen Vermietern nutzen konnten.

Haus am Strand. Näher geht es nicht.
Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und ist direkt am Strand. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Abends haben wir den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genossen. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über fast alle deutschen Fernsehsender. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend Hand- und Badetücher. Was in anderen Häusern nicht immer der Fall ist. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Terrasse mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und dem Jacuzzi haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die nette Nunccia erfolgte reibungslos. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin Filomena war immer möglich und sehr freundlich. Danke dafür. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Jahr in diesem Haus.

Geräumiges modernes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Strandzugang
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Fontane Bianche mit hübschem gtünrm Vorgarten, Autostellplatz und nach hinten heraus einer großen Terrasse, von der aus man den langen Sandstrand überblicken und direkt unterhalb der Terrasse auch im Meer baden kann. Nachts hört man das Rauschen der Wellen. Das Haus ist geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, großem Wohnzimmer, großer Küche und ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Zum Beispiel Whirlpool auf der Terrasse, Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer, Strandliegen samt Schirm, Terrassenliegen, Kescher für Kinder, Kindersitz, Barbecue, Außendusche, Außenbadezimmer. Die Vermieterin kümmerte sich sehr nett über WhatsApp bei Fragen, und eine freundliche Dame vor Ort empfing uns, wies uns ein und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war nur Italienisch möglich, die Vermieterin über WhatsApp und Telefon spricht zusätzlich perfekt Deutsch. Die historischen Altstädte von Syrakus (Ortigia) und Noto sind in 20-25 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bieten stilvolle Restaurants. Auch in 5-10 Minuten Fahrt sind schon gute Restaurants zu erreichen. Ein rundherum perfekter Urlaub! Einziger Nachteil: In der Nachsaison war abends kein Restaurant in Fußnähe mehr geöffnet.

Lovely beach-side villa
Our stay at the villa was fantastic, the location is great - overlooking Fontane Bianchi beach with very easy access. The terrace was realy well equipped with loungers, dining table and hot tub (fun!). The whole place was clean, uncluttered and comfortable, contemporary and airy. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities and local bars/restaurants. Easy to get to Syracusa, Modica and Noto plus lots of other gorgeous towns in the area. Wonderful hoiday and would love to return.

Great family vacation spot on the beach.
The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great spot on the beach, just walk out the gate. Great set up with hoses and shower when returning from beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Terrace was a great place for meals and jabbing out. Easy access to restaurants (highly recommend Capaninna for pizza and pasta dishes), gelateria, and small grocery. All capped with a dip in the hot tub in the evening.

Kleinod an der Ostküste Siziliens
Wir (2 Personen) waren im Mai eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus, das sowohl neu- wie auch hochwertig (z.B. elektrische Rolläden, Lichtschalter mit Bewegungsmelder im Gang) ausgestattet ist. Die Terrasse (mit dem tollen Whirlpool) ist einfach nur ein Traum- man hat auch immer irgendwo ein Plätzchen im Schatten. Toll ist der direkte Zugang über ein paar Steine zu dem - zumindest in der Vorsaison -sehr ruhigen und schönen Strand. Es gibt dort auch mehrere Strandbars, die wir gerne besucht haben. Filomena hat sich bereits im Vorfeld bei uns gemeldet, die Übergabe klappte perfekt und sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Etwaige Wünsche (so benötigten wir die Bettwäsche für das zweite Schlafzimmer, da nur eines bezogen war) wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Der Ort ist klein, hat aber Alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt Bäckerei…) Eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist fußläufig nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt - der Abschied fiel uns wahnsinnig schwer. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber selten so ein perfektes Haus (sowohl was Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit betrifft) vorgefunden. Wir würden deshalb sehr gerne wieder wiederkommen!

Excellent location and great place
The location if the property is excellent, on the beach. Very quiet House is very well equipped, including the kitchen. Terrace is great, everything is comfortable. Nothing to mention as improvement. Definitely would go back. Thanks!
