Looks like luxery, but looks aren't everything!
The property was not clean. I had to scrub the filter in the rangehood because when in use grease would drip from it onto the stove. The air con was loud and filthy, filter in it looked like carpet it was so dirty. There was no air con in the bedroom which was like a hot box, you had to leave the door open to the lounge for cooling. There were 4 pillows but only 2 pillowcases, we had to buy some to be able to use the pillows. There were 2 thread bare towls and a face washer, no hand towl or bath mat. No tea towels supplied. The dryer had no nob on the dial so could not be used. There was no emergency evacuation plan in the apartment or information folio to tell you how to access things like the pool or gym, or what to do with rubbish, all this you had to figure out for yourself. Only 1 key and building fob supplied, when asked for a second one the host said the last guest had lost the second fob, but he could provide a second key for 100, which was useless without the fob to access the building or lift to the apartment. He said he would ask the 'team' if the new fob had arrived and get back to us, but never did. The bed was hard, low and thin, with neither of us able to sleep comfortably, you could feel the inner frame when laying on your side which gave us both extreme hip pain. My husband instead choosing to sleep on the couch on several nights.
