Hidden Valley Retreat Cottages está convenientemente cerca de Sydney sin embargo, que no podía sentirse más alejado del ajetreo de la vida diaria una vez que llegue. Ubicado en 40 acres de tierra prístina cerca de Kurrajong, Hawkesbury en la zona, que se encuentran escondidos en las estribaciones de las Montañas Azules. Este es el lugar perfecto para todos aquellos que buscan relajarse en la paz y la tranquilidad de la selva, escuchando a los pájaros y el agua corriente del arroyo. Tome un paseo para disfrutar de la belleza natural de la naturaleza, vegetación que abunda, sip vino fino recogido en los viajes de su día en el valle o sentarse junto a la chimenea escuchando su música favorita; hacer tanto o tan poco como desee.

LA CASA DE CAMPO:
Magnolia Cottage, llamado así por el árbol de magnolia gloriosa junto a él, es una típica cabaña de estilo de colonos con dos habitaciones (una de matrimonio y una individual). Ropa de cama y toallas y las camas tienen mantas eléctricas. Hay una zona de cocina básica y barbacoa privada para atender a unas simples comidas. La casa cuenta con chimenea y aire acondicionado / calefacción, así como un doble baño con chorros. Mirando a lo largo de su vasto patio delantero de un acre o más se puede ver a las aves revolotean a través del sol bañaba césped. Una corriente que pasa por la cabina y los sonidos de las pequeñas caídas de agua se oyen en todo el valle.

LA PROPIEDAD:
Magnolia Cottage es uno de los cinco cabinas aisladas, privadas, autónomas rústicos, cada uno en su propia área separada del bosque en la propiedad. Están disponibles individualmente o como un grupo de hasta 24 personas. Una pista de tenis está disponible para usar en la casa principal.
Se admiten animales por encargo.

MONUMENTOS:
Las atracciones cercanas incluyen los jardines botánicos de Mt Tomah, pintoresco pueblo Kurrajong, los mercados de Richmond y el histórico Windsor todos dentro de 10 a 30 minutos en coche y bien merece una visita. En nuestra puerta están dos Parques Nacionales Patrimonio Mundial, las Montañas Azules y el Wollomi, por no mencionar el río Grose ideal para un simple baño, o el poderoso río Hawkesbury para más.

Cozy getaway

Want a get away from Sydney.
My friend and I needed a break and get away, from the fast pace of Sydney and work. Well we got it, peaceful, relaxed our 3 dogs loved it, all the essential items were there, just bring your food, could have stayed longer. Our host Fiona was fantastic, any inquiries needed, she was more than happy to answer. We will definitely be back next year.

What an amazing place!
Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the beautiful Magnolia Cottage, hosted by Mike and Fiona. Cabin was full of rustic charm, and surprisingly well insulated through the colder nights. Our dog probably had the best time exploring the property and jumping in the creek, and the kids loved running around and collecting firewood. Was a fantastic break from the city, easily accessible yet felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, will definitely be back!

What a great spot !!!
Lovely little log cabin with the necessities, a fire and perfect location away from everyone for a getaway. An added bonus of limited mobile reception was a plus. Fiona was lovely and accomodating, would truly recommend !!!!

A wonderful Retreat
The booking process was quite easy, Fiona who owns Magnolia Cottage was very accommodating and was a delight to communicate with both via email and phone. The location was very nice and peaceful, actually getting to the destination was a little curly as the road was a dirt road, but this is to be expected given the location. The Cottage was very clean, the grass was nicely mowed and is a wonderful place for a quite getaway, especially if you dont want to be disturbed as not much mobile phone coverage. Lovely fireplace, Double spa, electric blnkets and aircon, big Verandah with outdoor furniture to sit on, bbq, fire pit! A lovely place to take your pet to as well, our dog enjoyed running outside and at night enjoyed sitting on his bed in front of the fireplace!

Perfect Getaway
We loved so much about our stay in Magnolia Cottage at Hidden Valley Retreat Cottages. Within the first hour of our arrival we were birdwatching (there are so many beautiful birds here) & enjoying all the gorgeous surrounds of the Valley and the bush. We spent the evenings in front of an open fire and the days exploring the Valley. From booking to walking through the Cottage door Fiona & Mike made us feel very welcome and we appreciated their visit to check in on our arrival. Thankyou for sharing this beautiful place with us Fiona & Mike, we will definitely return to check on the Satin Bowerbird's progress. This was simply a perfect getaway.

The log cabin was better than expected. Very clean & comfortable. More accessories than we thought.
Easy book online. Got what we paid for and more. Fiona communicated what was needed & was happy to help. We were left in peace to enjoy the serenity of the property. Fiona did pop by on our last night to check how our stay was & was friendly & welcoming. No phone, internet or TV was just what the doctor asked for & our Border Collie just loved it. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful Rustic Cabin
Absolutely blown away, Very well set up and Fiona was amazing to deal with. I thought we might have issues with minimal wifi or signal but this was an unexpected joy, we played board games, watched dvds, went hiking, bird watching, made a bridge across the creek behind the cabin, We went Swimming at the river (Colo 20 - 25min drive)and (Ripples Pools 30min drive) , Locals were a delight to chat to. A lot of cool history around the valley. The Cabin is well thought out, warm comfy, quiet and had everything, next time we we’ll pack a lot less and take essentials only food, clothes and toiletries. We stayed for 3 nights my only gripe is we didn’t stay longer!!! Thank you Fiona, Many happy returns. 110% see y’all next year 😊 We will 110% be next year.
