Spacious and Quiet
This is a spacious vacation home that offered a good amount of privacy for both the adults and the teens in our party. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and situated along a large golf course. Access to the lake from the house takes a couple of minutes of walking and view of the lake from the house is limited due to mature trees and other homes. It takes about 10-15 minutes of driving to get to most stores and restaurants.

Nice property but listing is misleading
House has a large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped and pool table was fun. Two main bedrooms have air conditioning but bunk rooms do not. They were a bit hot even with extra fans. Lakeview is very limited due to other homes and a wooded area. Dock is a private shared dock with 3 other properties and it is down the road. We rented a boat and used the assigned slip which worked out fine. There isn’t anywhere to sit by the lake as one picture depicts and the dock is small so it is not suitable for hanging out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This place needs some TLC
Upon check in, it was apparent the house has not received a proper cleaning in some time. The first surface encountered in the entry way held a thick layer of dust. There were cheerios on the chairs and on the floor under furniture. Garbage was outside on the deck and in the furniture cushions. I'm not confident that any cleaning had taken place between stays. As for the home itself. It is quite lovely. It definitely fits the rustic description but in a cozy way. The house is large and has lots of space for two families. The furniture is older and could use replacing or at the very least a good cleaning. As for the maintenance, there were several issues during our stay which I did report. The most concerning one was the skylight that leaked during rain. The property management company did offer to fix this during our stay which we declined as there was no rain in the forecast for the remainder of the stay. I do feel that there was a misrepresentation of the listing. The beds in the 2 master units could not have been queens probably full sized. Also, the location of the "private" dock was misleading. The photos make it look as if the dock was on the property, it is down the road. Additionally, the dock is shared by others in the community - not public but also not private. All that being said, we still had a great trip. It would have just been nice to avoid the disappointment when we arrived and the property was not as expected and dirty.

Beautiful and well equipped
Great house, very spacious. Perfect house for our girls weekend trip. There are 2 rooms with bunk beds, and 2 rooms with king or queen beds. We only had 9 adults, but there was enough room for 12 adults total (with 2 people sharing each king bed). The kitchen was great and had everything you could need. Plenty of seating for everyone to share the same space, indoors and outdoor.

Perfect!
Came into town for a family wedding and decided to make a little vacation. House was plenty big for our large group! Fully stocked home. Had anything you could want as far as kitchen- dishes, cookware, everything. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the fire pit, relaxing in hot tub, hanging on the huge deck, fishing at the boat dock on the lake. Lots of deer to see- kids loved that. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Somewhat Disappointed
This is a beautiful home, however their are many maintenance problems that should have been addressed before we checked in, this home has obviously been neglected for quite some time, we did contact Vrbo and Vacasa to come out and take care of some of these issues, unfortunately they were a no show. I would list all the problems, but there are too many, when I viewed this property, I noticed there were no reviews which made me a little nervous but we decided to trust the description and images of the property.
