“The apartment was just what we needed- walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the actual Sandbar that sparked the name Bar Harbor, easy drive into Acadia National Park for sunrise and early morning hiking. Nicely organized kitchen and open concept made relaxing easy. Note that the WiFi can be sketchy- bring a book!!”

“This is a great little stuidio apartment for two people to stay. It has all the amenities you need and is cozy and warm. It is within walking distance of everything in Stonington. Host is great as well.”

“This studio was perfect for us. Spacious, great shower/bathroom, easy controls, the guidebook and all of Eric's communications prior to arriving made it seem like home quickly. In and out (after 4 days) seamlessly. Will definitely repeat when back in the area.”

“My partner and I came to Bar Harbor to hike, bike the carriage roads, and have a comfortable clean place to rest each night. This property is perfect for travelers planning to be out and about most of their stay. Perfectly sized for two and has just what you need. Very helpful to have washer/dryer in site. You can grab laundry detergent from the gas station just down the street. Great communication. Very clean. Will definitely be back again.”

“Gayle and Rob have been very communicative and gave some great tips already ahead of the trip. Property was very clean and equipped with everything we need (e.g. full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat & cool system, Grill ). Lots of attention to details too (paper towel, Alu foil, olive oil, tabs for dishwasher and washer…). Location is also perfect to reach Bar Harbor and National Park. Big plus was to be able to bring our dog and have ample space to let him run (even though it was not really needed...

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Physician’s Flat! It was exactly as pictured and right in the center of town, just a short drive to Acadia. The rental was very comfortable and very well decorated. It had all of the essentials, and then some. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this definitely ranked at the top! We would absolutely recommend and would return. The area itself is amazing - we loved exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor and surrounding towns.”
