“We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day. It is a unique/quirky house. The children loved the water and kayaks. Water was clear and shallow. Fishing off the dock was also popular. Three small queen rooms on first floor - second floor loft was definitely open to the rest of the house. Two separate living spaces and a screened in deck. ”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay with friends in this highly appointed cabin. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also large places where we could all gather. It was clean and we had no troubles with any of the amenities. The kayaks were a highly used, added bonus. I would recommend this cabin to everyone and especially to those with a larger group.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for my best friend and I for a girls weekend. Gorgeous fall colors and the cutest yurt!! Very clean, everything you could need supplied there. Hot tub to relax in and then a bonfire to sit and warm up next to. We just marveled at how cute it all was the entire time. Definitely will book again in the future!! ”

“This was just a tiny cabin on a small resort property. There was a large backyard for games. Loved the pool house and lake was clean. I did not realize this cabin was not directly on the lake. It could use some updates, but overall if you are outside, then no issues. I would like a second air conditioner on hot days in the second bedroom!”

“We had a great time at the house and on Swan Lake. There ware 9 of us, age range 75-12. House worked great. You need to use steps a lot, so if you have trouble with steps, it might not be a good fit. Great lake for water sports, lots of room. Did get busy starting Friday afternoon, but there was still room for skiing and tubing. Fishing was ok. Lots of northerns. But did catch a couple walleyes. Caught nice sunfish off the dock. We had enough fish for a fish fry one night.”

“We stayed here for its proximity to the trail system. Property was very clean upon arrival! The pictures are exactly what you’ll see when you open the door. They have games for family/adult fun which which led to a lot of laughs for us in the evening. Doyle was very responsive and a great host. I had the opportunity to meet him in person prior to checkout, and had great conversation. We will return for our annual trip next year. ”

“This cabin is in a great location and the owner had good communication. It is definitely rustic which I knew when booking and have no problem with. Two issues that need to be addressed are that it wasn’t clean. Every room had to be swept when I got there, floor needed moping but no mop. There was old moldy food in the fridge. “Beautiful property. I'm pretty sure the pictures were updated on the listing after we booked so we didn't know how good the dock was. Had I seen those pics I would have had a rental pontoon delivered to us which is readily available in the area. The 2nd bathroom is very strange as the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling and it is directly next to the kitchen. Did not feel private at all. Other than that, it was perfect and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We would book it again...
