“Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service.”

The one thing that was a problem was the ill-fitting bathroom door and given that the door has been removed from between the living area & bedrooms/bathroom, privacy was a problem. “Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. ”
