Very nice shared property in the middle of nowhere.
I traveled with my family (husband, two kids and the grand parents). Overall the property was very nice and clean. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms so lots of space. Bathrooms are different. 4 rooms side by side, toilets in a separate room as the showers.
There are pros and cons to this place.
-First off it is a shared property. Very nice built basement (owner on the top part). That is not a problem, but it is not listed that way in the description and definitely should be. It appears as your renting a whole house but your not. It came as quite a surprise after booking.
-Secondly the property needs more gravel. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay and the driveway and walkway to the house is all clay. It made for a huge mess and ruined shoes.
-Beautiful property, but you should probably have AWD/4WD if renting to get up the driveway
-No deadbolt on the inside of the house. Unable to lock the door.
-House is very "smart" so if your older and not computer savy you won't be able to work the tv. Love the TV!
-Kitchen seating for 8, but a living room/couch seating of 3. We ended up having to use our camp chairs around the couch so we could all sit together to watch tv.
The owner Brian is very nice and communicates well and promptly. Very easy going. Deer feeder out back so you see lots of wildlife. It's definitely set up as a hunting camp. Beautiful place with a lot of potential.
