“Expensive. advertised hot tub but we must have misunderstood there wasnt one, and think the amneties meant a bath tub, very old decor like it or hate it i didnt like it, smelt old and damp garden furnture ready to colapse on you as seemed rotten . I couldnt wait to leave the area made up for it though close to some beautiful beaches and nature reserves which was why we stayed in the area, sorry but wouldnt stay again”

“A lovely spot by the duck pond and very peaceful, the lodge was lovely and clean and couldnt of asked for a better stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub, feeding the ducks and an autumnal bbq. M&D were great hosts with good comms. We were reluctant to pay the expensive prices for the entertainment but this didnt spoil our short break as we enjoyed our time in the lodge regardless.”

“Hare lodge has everything and more. Karen has provided everything you could possibly need. The lodge was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We were amused by the number of hares around! Beds were extremely comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. We thought Hare lodge was very good value for money. The only thing we didn’t like much was the layout. Having to go out into the conservatory to get to the en suite bedroom wasn’t great, and in winter would be chilly, but we enjoyed our stay...

“Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks”

“This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. “Very quiet and low lit area - perfect for stargazing. No WiFi so the kids stayed off their devices and enjoyed watching the chickens roam around freely.
