“It was decent. Bed was comfy and owner was easy to get a hold of when there was some confusion about water heater. Took me a bit to figure out how to get hot water. Stove was out of order, but grill outside was very ni e. There ere dishes proved but no way to clean them. My biggeat advice would be to.put in a bigger bathroom sink .”

“This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that. ”

“We had such a lovely time. The property was a peaceful tranquil oasis, exactly what we needed to unwind and connect with nature. I can just sit and listen to the flowing stream forever. The cabin was bigger than I expected and they had everything you would need for cooking. They even had board games, puzzles, books, and movies stocked on the bookshelf. I really appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of the cabin. We look forward to our next visit. ”

“It is an adorable little basement studio. The owner Shellie is amazing and very responsive. The view is outstanding from both windows and the doors. I will definitely stay again as I have work in that area quite often.”

“Stayed at this wonderful house right on the Lake and in the Country Club. Fantastic area to be and so very relaxing. House is perfect for families to stay and unwind . Close to golf and resorts . Quite a few stairs to water , but they have benches along the path for people to rest and take in the views. Fun time was had by all.”

“We stayed at this property with friends and family for a wedding in Susanville. It is close to anything in Susanville, but out of town just enough to enjoy the woods and wildlife. It is accurately represented with the photos. The kitchen is well stocked. The communication and response from the owners was fantastic. ”

“Booked Meyer’s Ranch Cabin to visit Lassen. Sadly, Lassen was closed due to wild fires. Luckily we were thrilled with cabin, ranch and surrounding areas to hike and enjoy mountain beauty. Would love to return!”

“We had a big family gathering and this house was great. Lots of space for sleeping and the deck was amazing. Only a few blocks from the beach and the hosts made sure we knew activities going on in the community. We felt very welcome and it was so peaceful and beautiful. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again! ”

“The local scenery is very nice. Unfortunately, the town of Greenville was destroyed by the 2021 fire and they are in the rebuilding stage. The rental unit is the downstairs half of a duplex and is neat and compact with a kitchen. The sound insulation is not great and you will hear some noise from activity above. ”

“Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.”
