“Overall the property is conveniently located, pool is out back, amusement park and lake are within five minutes, grocery store within 10. I'd echo what other reviews have said. Upstairs bedrooms are hot, oven was so dirty on the bottom we couldn't use it, we tried and it started smoking and we had to turn it off. No wine glasses, no chef's knives for preparing food, and only six beach/pool towels. The waterpark is also close, but be aware that the water there is extremely cold. Not the...

“We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! ”

“We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The first 2 nights we stayed with our youngest 3 children and the last two nights with 6 more of our kids and a couple of boyfriends. It was tight but we all fit. Bathroom sharing worked fine too. Most meals were out and about but I was able to make breakfast the morning we left for everyone. We ate in shifts which worked too. It was a good stay. ”

“This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views, thoughtfully designed and artfully executed. There is plenty of space for a large gathering - we were 17, including 8 kids ages 4 - 15. There are many different hang out areas, so you never feel like you are on top of one another. We cooked most days, and the kitchen was well supplied and functioned well.
