“We frequent Lake Conroe, generally several times per year. We usually stay in Walden, but sometimes in April Sound. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. I love the cathedral ceilings. The back balcony was a plus. The only down side for older or handicapped guests is the stairs. Besides that, I would highly recommend to anyone. ”

“We have had to stay in 3 different VRBOs in the Walden area as we are doing extensive home renovations. This unit was far superior to the rest - nicely remodeled, clean, instructions were well done in a notebook for review. Owners were very attentive and helpful. Get this place if you can!!”

“It was such a lovely stay, with watching the boats all day, and different kinds of birds and ducks that would come by the dock. We watched the Southern Empress leave out on Sat. Eve. with a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. There were 3 elderly ladies in our group so the calm of this area was perfect.”

“The property was exactly as expected and pictured. It was clean and more spacious than I expected. I will stay here again. ”

“The location was great & the unit was modern & clean! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy but we were there for my son's baseball tournament & game times kept us from doing so! We did look at the pool & went around the corner to check out the lake one night - both looked wonderful! I would stay here again when we can utilize the amenities! Recommend this unit!”

“This was an interesting property. The house’s architecture was a bit quirky, but it grew on us over time. We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace. Other than that the place made for a fun stay. ”
