“Airport shuttle was awesome both ways. So nice to get to the airport in plenty of time and easy to find the shuttle on our return to the hotel, especially after our flight was delayed and our return was much later than anticipated. Also very nice that the hotel front desk was able to securely keep my car keys while away on vacation. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub so I can't comment on that. Otherwise absolutely stress free stay!”

“Free breakfast: need to Have warm options available. The staff must be more friendly when asked about the breakfast. A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing. Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there...

“Check in was easy, very friendly and accommodating. They gave our boys more time in the spa as they got back late from their game and allowed them an extra 10 minutes. All staff we encountered were so friendly. Quiet at night, despite it being booked up. Wonderful stay ”
