I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...”

“Room was large, clean and comfortable. The check-in Clerk at the front desk, Tatiana, was very sweet and accommodating. We were saddened to hear that the ownership has recently changed hands. We hope they will find a way to keep the same endearing staff we've grown accustomed to over the years.”

“Every thing excellent, except the bathroom plumbing. The toilets were installed for very very short people. If you have leg or knee issues, ask for a handicapped room. Also, our shower seemed to have had a recent adjustment to the temperature regulator. I could feel rubber inside the unit scrapping as it was turned AND when the handle was turned the water either shut off or got to extreme hot or cold.”

“No es un hotel 9.2 La alfombra muy sucia y vieja Habia hormiguitas que se metian por el aire acondicionado en el cuarto. La recepcionista fue amable en darme liquido matabichos. El servicio muy amable pero la infraestructura no es de un hotel 9.2 7.8-8 seria lo justo a mi parecer. ”
