“This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. The landlord was very receptive to our needs. One last thing was the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was of no use. Overall for the price it was...

“At first I was skeptical of the building, but when I went upstairs and saw the inside of the apartment I was relieved to know that the listing was very honest to what it was actually like. Everything was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. There were just a few bugs I had to kill but it wasn’t a bad g deal to me.”
