“We really enjoyed this unit. Upon arrival our assigned parking spot was taken, this was frustrating but was resolved within 60 minutes. The building is great, old and rustic with a dedicated parking lot and restaurants/shops all within 1-2 blocks (coffee shops, pizza, grilles, market).It's a very well equipped unit, host had all the supplies and enough to last us the entire two weeks (which is rare). This included laundry detergent, bath tissue, paper towels, coffee, spices, etc.The building was...

“GREAT location. But be aware you are in the heart of the energy of downtown Ann Arbor. There is street noise but if you’re used to an urban atmosphere, it’s like home. If not, the lovely hosts provide a white noise machine and ear buds. I arrived on a Saturday and miraculously found a spot right across the street. Parked for the weekend and walked everywhere. The decor was amazing.. warm and welcoming . Incredibly comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Cute little kitchenette for coffee or to warm...

“Good location close to People Mover. Walking distance to several things to do. Plenty of space to spread out if needed. Plenty of nearby parking. We were only there one night and parked in the street and it was fine. Good response time from owner ”

“The apartment is clean and has a lot of room. We only stayed for 1 night, total of about 12 hours. Only complaint is the hot water in the shower stopped after only a couple minutes. This happened for 2 people back to back.”
