“Se trata de un GuestHouse normalito. El dueño aceptablemente simpático, pero que parece que no se ha enterado de que lo principal es que los huéspedes duerman bien. La cama era treméndamente pequeña y con un colchón tan hundido que era imposible tumbarse sin doblarse en dos. Obviamente compartir la cama era estar más juntos de lo que se haya estado jamás. Por otro lado se anuncia como con 'free wifi'. Bien, la señal no se cogía en ningún lado, salvo justo al lado de la cocina ... pero ni allí...

“Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comtable, I sleep very well. Breakfast was good. Personnel in hotel was very friendly and helpful, I got plenty of good information of city.”

“We got a very warm welcome by Anne who also gave us some good recommendations for dinner. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Nice views out of the room to the bay of Tramore. City center is a 20-30min walk which also gives you the chance to have great views to the bay. The breakfast was great and Anne and her husband have been very friendly. We can defnitely recommend a stay here!”

“Although I didn't ultimately stay at Hazelbrook, I would like to commend the manager, Graham, for his professionalism & resilience, in twice finding alternative accommodation when it proved not to be possible for me to stay there, then understanding when my own plans changed at the last moment. This was a most impressive example of excellent customer service in challenging circumstances.”

“we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful. ”
