“Condo was in a nice quiet community with easy access to UT football stadium. We only stayed overnight but the rental was perfect for our quick overnight trip. Place was clean and worked well for two couples with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms split layout.”

“We arrived at condo around 4pm. Unfortunately due to some issues we were unable to stay at condo. The external building was in process of a total upgrade. The secured gate was open. We can only assume that it was for the workers to come in and out easy. We probably would have stayed if there weren’t some issues at a nearby area. We believe we would have enjoyed it inside. The host was very friendly and totally understanding of our situation. We’ll definitely book at a later date.”

“I actually wasn’t able to stay at this property, due to a family emergency. Understandably, the host wasn’t able to grant me a refund. They were not only gracious about my circumstances, but also gained my respect because of how they stuck to their boundaries. So, would I book again? Absolutely. Not only because I love the area, but also because I know that this is a communicative, reliable, and trustworthy host.”

“When we were again without power in Houston we searched for a place to stay with dogs. We found this property and it worked out really well. The yard is fully fenced and connected front to back doors making it easy to take the dogs in and out. We used the kitchen and all the equipment and utensils worked well. The internet, AC and tv were my favorite and helped us relax. The master shower is huge and has two shower heads which was fun! There is a parking spot on the driveway so you are not on...

“The place was well appointed and as described. We had a slight issue with the coffee maker but it was no big deal. Currently the outside is going under a major renovation so it’s not exactly aesthetically pleasing from the outside , but I didn’t rent it to look at the outside finding the building was a bit of a challenge because the construction crews took down all signs as to what was what. “Neighborhood was a little scary for young women, and there was only two sets of towels for five of us. However, the location was convenient, the owner answered super fast, and it was clean and decorated super cute. Would stay again!”
