“Jenny, We arrived at the residence, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, neighborhood. It felt right at home. We had the bridal rehearsal party at the residence and it was a hit! My grandson was elated and really enjoyed the party. That is exactly what we were looking for. The place was big enough as we thought it would be. I was born and raised in Wichita many, many years ago and brought back a lot of memories. Thank you, Thank you.....”

“The property was great for our large group of girls and the girls absolutely loved the house! Communication was great and we were provided with anything we could have needed. Great large kitchen to cook for a crowd and plenty of areas to hangout! The only thing to note would be that the upstairs gets quite warm in the summer months as with a lot of historical homes. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!”

“We did not actually get to stay here, but I wanted to review the host! I booked this house because we were driving home from Salt Lake City to Dallas. I had specifically made my GPS app take me through Wichita because I did not want to drive through New Mexico. I feel like it's too secluded and it was just me and my boys, so I wanted to be extra careful. Unfortunately, my app updated to another route after going to the gas station and I didn't notice until I was too far out of the way. I decided...

“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”
