“Host was very helpful, and the house was well stocked with the things we needed. The floor downstairs was a bit cold -being cement, and the host was not lying about the floors squeaking especially loud when you're downstairs, but otherwise our stay was great!”

“We stay for a week in the Ferngalow. The house was clean and well appointed. Having a fenced backyard was really nice for the dog. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes from many interesting restaurants where we dined every night. While we were there the temperature was in triple digits everyday. Thankfully the air conditioning system was more than up to the task. The house stayed very comfortable. All in all I would stay there again if ever back in Wichita.”

“This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!”

“Went to Wichita to visit my Nephew on his 6th Birthday and EVERYTHING was Awesome!!! My nephew nor did I want to leave! He said Auntie I want to live with you….lol 😂!!! Everything was NICE!!!! Quiet neighborhood, Very clean and up to date home, Location is perfect, everything we needed was close by!!! Playroom was excellent for kids and huge enclosed backyard with lighting where we just sat and talked!!! I give this home a 10/10! It didn’t disappoint ”

“Stayed here with my wedding party, the house is enormous and quite beautiful. We really didn’t have any issues with the property and had a great time enjoying the pool and the many large living spaces this place had to offer. ”

“This house was SO beautiful I loved everything about it! Some of my guests were worried about the only bathroom being in the bedroom, but it did not end up being an issue! We had a couple people decide they weren’t staying so we had more than enough space for everyone to chill. Our host Alex was amazing about communicating important details to know such as WiFi and extra parking! We forgot to bring toiletries but shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all provided for us in the gorgeous...
