“The VBRO was a perfect fit for our weekend in Sioux Falls. The apartment was clean, quiet, and easy to get to for shopping. We did not receive the code for the VBRO for check-in, but Chris was very quick to respond to me and get the code for entering the VBRO. Great VBRO and will stay there again if we are traveling to Sioux Falls.”

“I stayed for two weeks in this cozy apartment and truly enjoyed myself. The apartment was perfect, communication was always prompt and helpful, and I was able walk everywhere I needed to go, which helped me appreciate Sioux Falls’ vibrancy and growing food and wine scene. At last minute, we were offered a rental in a unit on a private homes property in the suburbs across town. Not acceptable for our comfort or convenience to Declined, found a downtown hotel and told refund would be pursued by host Am still waiting on that refund- in addition slow communication is making me apprehensive that I may not get a refund. We were disappointed not to use the hot tub or grill, as the hot tub smelled of mildew, and the grill and grilling utensils (which were left outside on the grill) were dirty.
