“I specifically paid extra for the room that said "jetted tub" in the listing. Upon arrival, there was no jetted tub in the room, just a shower. I called the front desk to complain and they said they recently renovated the rooms and removed the tub and said I could use the public hot tub. The only compensation offered was a free breakfast but it was only for one specific meal from their menu with eggs and my girlfriend cannot eat eggs. Thankfully the exceptionally kind staff at the restaurant...
