“Our extended family loved everything about this property! Spacious kitchen and dining area...big enough for all 8 of us to comfortably gather in and chat while we cooked. Two outdoor spaces perfect for gathering and chatting. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There are family games and puzzles available. We enjoyed playing bingo even as a storm blew around us. The town lost power but our house came back to full power thanks to a whole house generator! We still had air conditioning and lights...

“We were visiting my daughter and her children. I was excited by the description of the property having a fenced in back yard as I planned to play with the kids (18 mo, 6 & 8). Unfortunately the back yard was full of broken glass. Other than that, I was very happy with the communication of the property manager. Also the accessibility to so many places in the area. ”

“We recently moved from Texas to TN away from all of our adult children (sad face). This house was a good practical distance for us to travel and meet up for the holiday. The house was fully stocked with literally everything we could ever need. *side note-electricity must’ve been out because time was flashing on the stove and it took a minute for water heater to warm first batch of hot water. Once that was ready we NEVER ran out of hot water* That’s a big deal with 12 people! Extended family...

“This property had plenty of room and space for our a little family reunion. It's was clean on arrival. It was peaceful and very accommodating. We got to float the river and received a discount for staying here. The float company even brought us back to the bunkhouse. Host answered and was prompt on answering any questions we had.”
