Nice stay until day of checkout
Everyrhing with this stay was fine until the day we were to check out. We had no water at all. There was no communication letting us know what was going on. We assumed they turned the water off intentionally. I messaged Terri asking if they turned the water off and wasnt reaponded back to until after we had already checked-out. She said a neighbor hit a water line and there was no ETA on when it would be resolved. We woke up that morning expecting to be able to shower, use the toilet, brush our teeth and we were unable to do any of this. One of the members in our party actually used the toilet and couldnt flush it, which was completely embarrassing for him. I reach out to Terri to express how much of an inconvience this way and was not responded back to at all. There is definitely a lack of communication and compassion from her. Considering the amount we paid to rent the place for the weekend, we certainly didnt think we should have to drive to the gas station just to wash our hands after using the restroom. I would appreciate some sort of financial reimbursement for this significant inconvience.

Great location and spacious condo!
This condo was perfect for 2 families traveling together. We each had plenty of privacy and lots of room to hang out together. The screened-in balcony was great - definitely nice to keep the bugs out in the evening. This is a great location in Sunrise Beach, close to nice restaurants and the cove was a short boat ride to several lakeside bars. The pool was heated which turned out to be much needed during the chilly day of our stay.

Not Hotel Clean
Expected Hotel Clean, but it wasnt. The unit lacked the proper cleaning with body fluids on bed linens, food left in freezer, uncleaned moldy coffee maker, dirty stove, oven, counter tops in kitchen had all crumbs and food drippings, garbage can was disgusting, and cabinets with food drippings. or fear of covid and the unit obviously not cleaned properly, it forced us to spend hours cleaning all bed linens, kitchen and areas that were left not properly cleaned. 2 TV's did not work properly. We took photos of all , communicated everything to the propety manager immediately and the owner after our stay, all was ignored, nothing done. The property manager who cleans the units does not earn the $200 charged. Renter beware. Many other units rentable by other family members, that were by owner and not a not property manager, who charges to clean but doesnt, were clean. Once cleaned, the stay was pleasant. Good exercise taking the stairs 4 floor...but not after a day in the sun and boating.

Lots of space
Great place to stay at with family or friends. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone. Very high ceilings made it feel like you were staying at an actual house instead of a condo. Love the screened in porch so you can enjoy the lake view without worrying about bugs. Parking seemed to be full on the weekends but just plan accordingly and car pool. Overall would recommend and book again.

Great weekend!
Had a much needed weekend. Everything was as it said. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Disliked the toll bridge, but no biggie. The area was quiet .. parking was terrible! Overall good time! Would recommend!

Perfect for 9 people. Everything was clean and the beds are comfy. Spacious and nicely decorated. This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and we will return again next year! Owner was great as well. The balcony is huge with a gas grill. The view was the best part.

It was just ok
Great location. We were supposed to check in at 4 but didn't get the code through the VRBO system until 4:30. Tried to call the property manager with no luck. Once we got the code the condo hadn't been cleaned yet and was messy. It took us an hour to get ahold of the property manager and another 2 hours before it was cleaned. The place had a bad odor and it took us 2 days to figure out the source. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and there was a bowl full of nasty water. Called the property manager and a plumber came over and emptied the bucket and put it over that half of the sink so we couldn't use it. The door handle to the balcony was broken as was a towel rod in the master bedroom. The place was spacious and is in a good location, but the check in process needs work as does some of the overall management. Don't think that we'd use them again.

Great Stay at the Ozarks
This was a fantastic location and perfect space for my group of friends. All of the rooms were adequately stocked and cleaned before we checked in. Overall it was a great experience. We hope to come back next year at the same time!

The management company did a great job of helping us get checked in when the VRBO platform did not send us the usual emails. The property was as advertised and worked great for our group of blended families. Lots of room for everyone. A great view of the lake to boot from the balcony. We enjoyed our weekend.
