We were visiting IWU for family weekend and the house was very close to campus and anything else that we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions prior to booking. “We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. ”

“The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.”
