“Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! ”

“This is a clean and conveniently located property. The manager was easily contacted and very friendly. We appreciated that all the amenities we needed were provided, such as plenty of towels, and kitchen utensils and tools. The beds were comfortable. Drawbacks: no elevator, so you need to be comfortable climbing stairs; the couch is very low, so you need to be nimble enough to stand up from it. We didn't use the shower, so no comment on it.”
