Cabaña de un dormitorio con acceso directo al mar, barco de estacionamiento en la puerta trasera. Vista del amanecer, la brisa del mar, playa de arena. Totalmente amueblado, ropa de cama, cable / internet. restaurante y un bar a poca distancia de Kiki. Traslado a Key West al final de la calle. great vacation
It was kind of exciting. the cops showed up on the property and on the next door property to the North, there was a tree of stolen bouys and a stolen crab trap. It was quiet. there was a bit of a flood when it rained but within a day or 2 the water was gone. we had trouble opening the slider on the deck and I think there was moisture in the door. Hopefully we left it pretty clean. we had to be at the airport by 6:30. thank you, it was a wonderful stay. Patty

Keys Trip
Quaint little (actually spacious) cottage on waterfront. Easy access and enough off the beaten path where your solitude isnt interrupted. Gorgeous sunrise view. It was nice to have in-house washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to add an outlet plug with USB ports. Bang for buck it was well worth it!

Girls Key West Adventure
The cabin location and cleanliness were great. However, several of the outdoor chairs were damaged/broken causing unstable seating options. The window AC unit in the second bedroom ran but did not cool sufficiently and the kitchen had no unit and since it was located on the south side of the cabin, it was very warm and stuffy. It could benefit from additional maintenance.

Perfect Getaway
This was a great spot in the Middle Keys. Very quiet and was nice to have a private spot to sit and relax by the water. I think the listing and previous reviews are accurate. Nothing fancy but had what we needed and location was great for exploring and some great places to take a morning walk within a short driving distance. We would stay again.

Key explorers
We two tourists from cold states spent four nights in this quaint, cosy cottage on the water. Weather did not conspire for us to take advantage of the snorkel and beach possibilities, but we had great fun exploring the offerings of Key West (1/2 hr +) and nearby nature sites. A comfortable stay, excellent communications and customer care, and a good base.

The place is in a great location, close to key west and other attractions. However, the place is outdated and it didn’t look like it was recently cleaned; it was good for what we needed which it was a short family vacation down in the Keys.

Place is Scam! Dirty and Don't Waste your money!
The place was dirty, the front sliding door wouldn't lock properly so they put a PVC pipe in the track to act as a lock. Host was rude. Was supposed to have a kayak for my stay and only ended up getting me one for 2 days and I was there 6 days. Overall don't waste your money because it's a scam!

Home away from home
I stayed in cottage number two closest to the water.. We arrived early and we're able to get early check-in, which made our life a lot easier. The cottage had all the necessities.. Grocery store is very close.. What I really enjoyed about this cottage. Was it was secluded And clean.. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who was looking to get away from the daily life

Perfect Spot
Sunrise Cottage #2 was a perfect spot for our family of 4. The location can’t be beat and the water access would’ve been prefect, if it hadn’t have been so windy. Whoever recommended Horseshoe Beach was a lifesaver, it was a perfect protected area for us to snorkel. We felt that the house was a comfortable size and nicely equipped with new appliances. Very comfortable! A few reviews mentioned the house being in disrepair, it was not bad at all. It actually was nicer than some of the older Florida cottages we have stayed in. Lots of character and a great price point. We will be back!

Great Location, House could use a little work
Location is great, but house could use a little work. Bathroom is located attached to the main bedroom so everyone has to go through that bedroom to use the bathroom. AC is 3 window units, they worked OK, but the one in the main bedroom was louder than the others. Also the cool air does not make it to the kitchen, it can get warm in there. Ceiling is caved in a little in the main bedroom. And you can't close the bedroom door on the twin beds room.

Exactly as advertised
The rental is a small, old beach bungalow from several decades back. It has been added to and modified over the years, keeping it fun and funky. This unit has 3 window a/c units - one in each bedroom and one in the livingroom. The a/cs worked great, but as someone from a cooler climate, I'm not sure how well they deal with hotter summer days and nights. Nearly all of the appliances are new or nearly new. As noted, it is one of two buildings on the property and the closest to the water. I say the water, because, like much of the keys, there isn't a sand beach, just dirt and rock, then water. For my wife and me, the location was perfect. We prefer to stay in one place and venture out from "home." Little Torch is about 40 minutes from Key West. We drove to KW a couple of times, including to catch the boat to Dry Tortugas National Park - a trip I highly recommend (buy your tickets early; they sell out). The host, Susan is great and very responsive. I'm not sure I'll make it back to the keys, but if I do, I'd happily stay here again.
