“Excellent ! This property is exactly what it says "comfy cozy". It felt like home. It is a compact condo, but it is has just the right amount of room. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with just what you need to prepare any meal. The TV offered up to date entertainment. The property is a short walk from any shopping you need. “In the bathroom the sink would not drain and when taking a shower there was little to no hot water. On a good note the mall was in walking distance so the location was great. The dining chairs and table were a bit too high. The swimming area there was an extra charge, that should be included in the price for the unit. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. I'd stay here again My only complaint is that the shower doesn't close all the way, so water will splatter onto the floor by the sink. They provide a squeegee to help solve this, but it didn't do a very good job. For a few hours...

“First off, the listing on VRBO shows the approximate location as near Hays Street and 22nd Avenue in Midtown CDO. That's why I decided to chose this property over others farther uptown. But after paying the total non-refundable cost and getting the directions within 48 hours of arrival, i found out the place was actually located about 35 minutes further uptown than what showed in the listing. It was even further than Xavier Estates where I stayed before. My wife told me that it was far from CDO...
