“Excellent ! This property is exactly what it says "comfy cozy". It felt like home. It is a compact condo, but it is has just the right amount of room. “Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. “First off, the listing on VRBO shows the approximate location as near Hays Street and 22nd Avenue in Midtown CDO. That's why I decided to chose this property over others farther uptown. But after paying the total non-refundable cost and getting the directions within 48 hours of arrival, i found out the place was actually located about 35 minutes further uptown than what showed in the listing. It was even further than Xavier Estates where I stayed before. My wife told me that it was far from CDO...
