“The pool was very dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and they refused. The blankets on the beds were dirty and smelled bad. I booked for two nights and three days and my daughters couldn't sleep another night there so we left the cabin just before the second night. Yes the cabin is very nice but the service and cleaning are terrible.”

Beds were comfortable, three televisions, kitchen and living and dining areas are very nice. Upon arrival I observed the area rug in the living area was heavily stained and worn. Fireplace hearth was dirty, also dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. Cleanliness brings the overall rating down to 4 stars.”

Given our group size and kids, I was a little nervous about the noise monitoring system but we had no problems. It didn’t go off once. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very clean.
