“The property is as advertised. It's updated pretty well. The hosts are quick to respond to questions and very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet even when there were people staying in the unit adjacent.The kitchen has a keurig coffee maker that also makes a full pot, plenty of utensils, and basic spices for cooking along with the pots and pans and dishes and cups. “We are 5 families who get together every 2 or 3 years, rent a house, and have a blast. This property seemed to be custom fit for us. Every room has a bathroom. The kitchen was never crowded. There are plentiful common areas to hang out and lots to do. The water was great. Do be prepared to walk over 100 steps from the kitchen to the water. The only negative mark is for the big metal hinge that connects the dock to gangway...it is as slick as ice and a couple of us went down hard...grip tape is...

“We visited this place with a large company and spent this time with a lot of emotions. Everyone had equal conditions for rest and everyone was satisfied! The only thing that upsets is the lack of a pier near the water. There was no opportunity to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of nature by dipping our feet in the water. “We stayed here with a group of 20 for Thanksgiving and didn’t feel cramped. Although one bathroom had a sewage smell (which was fixed), the golf cart ran out of gas and we had to push it back to the house, and there was no lake access, only a lake view, we had a good time. There’s a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The wifi worked perfectly on all 3 floors. The hosts were very responsive. ”

“We just returned from living overseas and needed a way to gather and reconnect with family with various needs (cancer, anxiety and depression). This house was a beautiful respite for all. Open and bright with lots of games, movies blankets, kayaks and tennis rackets, unopened balls. Every appliance I could have wished for was available in the kitchen. The owner was very quick to reply when we had a question. Definitely recommend this place!”

“The leach bed was draining down the hill, into the walk way to the boat at the fire pit. So everyday we went to the boat we had to walk threw it. We paid $60 for wood and could never have a fire. The rail on the top deck was very unstable, the last 8 feet of railing at the boat dock was missing. Hot tub & Water smelled like strong bleach. Its not in my opinion dog or kid friendly. No yard for either. I received an email after my payment was processed (non refundable) that it might not be water...

My siblings and I have been gathering at Christmas for over 25 years in the Norris lake / Gatlinburg area… and this was one of our favorite places! 7 Bedrooms, a large cozy family room, a dining room table with seating for all of us!!
