Fantastic location, dirty and dusty domicile
Wifi and key box check-in worked well, but the house has not been maintained for years. The whole house was extremely dusty (double doses of antihistamines helped a bit), sofas and couches ripped, sagging and totally worn, kitchen utensils too dirty or scratched for use (all pans, some cooking equipment, toaster, coffee machine, BBQ utensils) and there was only one stand up shower for all bedrooms to share. The carpets were dirty and in corners deteriorated. Two bedrooms had so badly worn mattresses that they couldn’t be used and people had to share beds to compensate. The freezer outside was dirty and used by someone else and had disgusting looking packaged meat in it, so couldn’t be used. Sad, just by selling their Aga cooker and investing a bit in maintenance, cleaners and furniture, it would be a rock star property.
