Esta es una propiedad de la unidad E muy deseada, única en su tipo. Está a 60 segundos a pie del ascensor Tamarack nunca lleno. Estacione su automóvil y nunca más lo use. Tiendas, restaurantes y pueblos se encuentran a pocos minutos a pie. Ideal para parejas o familias

Clean, warm and all necessities
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for a family of four. The location was ideal - steps away from the ski lift. The condo itself was clean, inviting and adorable. We felt at home in this place!

Great slope side unit for a small family
Amazing property, less than 1 min walk to the slopes. Kids room is super cute with snug bunk beds. Very nice touches by the owners: fire ready to go and a bottle of wine. Unit is stocked with all the little things you need for an amazing stay, not just bare minimum like some units these days. Would love to stay again.

A Wonderfully Cozy Getaway!
We loved Rachel and David’s place in Stratton! The location is perfect. Close to the village, less than a 1 min walk to a lift, and still quiet in the evenings. Kid-friendly and super cozy and welcoming. The fireplace is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location!!!!!
The condo was great. You literally ski off the mountain and right up to the door! Its perfect for a small family with young kids. The bathroom and the kitchen were new. The master bed was comfortable (Memory foam) and the hosts very generously let us have a late checkout. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the apartment was just great for us to have a lovely weekend spring skiing.

Fabulous location and unit
The property was absolutely perfect for our group! Very easy parking and right beside the lift. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need. The bathroom was recently remodeled and also very well stocked. We will definitely be back!!

Mid-week ski getaway
We could not of asked for a better location. EASY walk from condo to ski lift and you can literally ski from the Tamarack lift right to the condo’s front door! Condo was cozy and had all needed amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location, wonderful hosts, gorgeous property
Family of four (two adults, two pre-teens) stayed last weekend of Feb 2022. Hosts were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The condo is literally an easy 30 to 60 second walk to one of the main lifts at Stratton - location could not be better. The unit is beautiful - warm, nicely decorated, great internal area for boots and skis, a washer and dryer, fully usable modern kitchen with all the equipment you could want/need. Master bedroom was insanely comfortable (amazing bed and quality linens) and the bunk room for our two kids was super cool! The owners make you feel like part of their family (in the absolute best way possible) welcoming use of pantry items, providing excellent proactive communication and information. This is by-far one of the best ski condo rental experiences whe have had in the past five years (about twenty different properties). My family loved it and we would go back in a heartbeat. Stratton is a great place to ski/eat/hang out, and this condo is the PERFECT complement to the Stratton experience. Five stars!

Perfect weekend
Amazing location, literally steps to the lift, cozy condo and very accommodating owners! Fireplace was all set up for us to use one we arrived (just had to light it), and our checkout-time was extended on a request with very short notice, which made such a huge difference - we could finish the day, pack at our leisure and go. Pantry stacked with snacks (huge hit with the kids), and all the essentials are there. Could not have gone better, highly recommended!

Amazing Stay In Stratton
I hate to write another raving review in this GEM Bc I don’t want other people to find it!!! This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. David and Rachel went above and beyond for our family, it was my sons birthday and they left him a gift card for the candy store it behind sweet! The condo is in an amazing location, can’t beat true ski on and ski off. They have everything you need for a short stay without having to bring everything little you may need etc!

The location was perfect—we were able to ski on/off mountain and it was a short walk into the village—very convenient! The condo was clean and comfortable with a stocked pantry and David and Rachel were kind enough to leave us some wine! We would definitely book this property again!

Best unit in Obertal
David and Rachel have the best condo in Obertal. Clean and comfy, loaded with amenities, even left us some wine. We have stayed in Obertal for the past five years for presidents week and their condo is our new favorite. Easy to communicate with and made themselves available, even though we had no problems or issues.

100% Convenience @ Beautiful Stratton Mtn
Is it small? Yes but we were over that in about 30 mins. The location is top notch and can easily cost 3x as much if you want an extra bathroom. The pros are absolutely the location. This is a true ski on ski off unit. The washer and dryer, oven and micro are all newer. The beds are comfy. The wood burning fireplace is perfect after a day on the slopes. Cons? Not much just that the 2nd bedroom is tiny but our boys didn’t mind. The owners are responsive and very easy to work with. We will def be back. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations! Great family memories were made and will be cherished for a lifetime.
