“Such a warm welcome from the owner was much appreciated. Only stayed one night and had the best sleep in a long time; the bed was really comfy and location was very peaceful at night. The room looked onto the loch and beyond to the hills which was the highlight of our stay. Dinner was a set 2 or 3 course meal and absolutely delicious, especially the steak and venison dishes. Views of the loch were stunning and a perfect location to visit the beautiful surrounding area - Queen’s View is a must....

“The property was comfortable and clean. It suited our needs, as we were out most of the day. If I have one complaint it would be that in my opinion the shower head and connecting hose needs to be replaced as they were quite grubby and didn’t fit in with the cleanliness of the rest of the property. But overall it was a pleasant stay. ”

“The cottage set on the grounds of the Lick Estate, overlooking the Loch. Di was there to great us at 4:00 pm as arranged. After a brief tour of the cottage (Di had a few cakes in the oven), we were left to our own devices. Everything you need is there, full set of dishes, charcoal bbq and tools, lots of towels and an extremely comfortable bed. We found the location to be very quiet, with a great vantage point of the loch. The other cottage next door was also rented, but that didn’t present any...
